Biography

Elden Payne is the leader of D`Este Realty and holds the rank of Centurion in the feared Aurodium Legion. He was born on Corellia, the capital planet of the Corellian system, to loving parents. His father Jaden was an Inspector in CorSec and later a politician. Little is known about Jaden's wife, Lella, except that she spent most of her youth on Coruscant.

When Elden was four years old, his father was brutally murdered. Learning of her husband's death and fearing she and little Elden would be next, Lella desposited Elden in the care of Ridu Ran and went into hiding on Coruscant. Ridu was a trusted friend of the family and owner of a swoop shop.

As a child, Elden assisted Ridu Ran with repairing and turning swoops. This early experience led him to become a swoop racer before pre-adolescence. Quickly Elden was considered something of a local swoop hero for his successes in local and private races in the Corellian system. Eager to prove his superiority, Elden joined the professional circuit, mastering the Agrilat Swamp Circuit on Corellia.

At the age of 17, Elden was called to the Nar Shaddaa circuit, where more dangerous challenges awaited him. Some swoop racers from other planets considered this curcuit to be one of the most difficult due to the various obstacles and dangers facing swoop racer. Elden and Ridu packed their belongings and take the first shuttle to Nar Shaddaa.

After a series of disasters on Nar Shaddaa, Elden was forced to make a new beginning for himself. He had few credits to his name. Elden joined D`Este Realty and was given a job by Dorn Zeke as part of the Jangelle workforce.

By the age of twenty-four, Elden had become a millionaire. Selling his vastly superior items to private traders, Elden was a juggernaut in the making. Shortly thereafter, he became one of the forty founding members of the Aurodium Legion which soon absorbed D`Este Realty as a nationalized subsidiary. During this time, Elden became the manager of the Koornacht Legionnaires in the Colonial Shockball League.

Elden was promoted to Second-in Command of D`Este Realty on Year 11 Day 217. Due to his hard work and loyalty, his star continued to rise and, shortly thereafter, Elden was promoted to leader of D`Este Realty on Year 11 Day 315. He is now a member of the Aurodium Legion's Command Staff.
