The station's location is a closely guarded secret, known only to the Zuguruk'Ari Paul Luz who oversaw its construction, and those members of the House who have been approved as resident researchers. This list currently extends to only the House's inner circle. All research aides and assistants are personally chosen by the researchers and must undergo certification and approval by the office of the Zuguruk'Ari. To maintain the privacy of the station, strict non-disclosure contracts are required, all clothes and supplies are supplied by the House, and the aides are transported aboard a private House shuttle so that they cannot know the station's location, even if they desired to.

Zuguruk'Ari Paul Luz specially designed his laboratories into three levels. One level serves as a general engineering workshop where he can continue to develop weapon and equipment projects he had been working on since his time at Golan Technologies. Level Two is an archive and warehouse for the preservation and study of texts and artifacts Paul has collected. While this preservation could had been accomplished at any of his offices or Veeshas Tuwan, the remoteness of Eren adds extra security for some of the pieces which may have been acquired by less-than-legal means. Finally, Level Three hosts a specially designed laboratory for the analysis of ancient relics believed to be empowered in some part by the Force for other energies. It is Luz's hope that these relics, predominately of Rakatan origin, might provide breakthroughs for current technological development and progress.
