The Gordian Reach Authority is a neutral government of the Gordian Reach and D`astan Sectors. Governed by the Counts of Serenno it can trace its roots back to an early incarnation of the Corporate Sector Authority. The capital of the Authority is the planet Torque.

Early History

The Gordian Reach and D`astan Sectors have a history of settlers. The ancient Massassi settled on the jungle moon of Yavin 4 but eventually went extinct after constructing large temples for unknown purposes. It is believed (though not verified) that this ancient warrior race was brought to the planet by ancient Sith. However, Some archeological sites have pointed to a different line of thought which suggests the Massassi evolved on the planet.
