Jor Panoka worked alongside Fang Kin in the criminal group known as Red Phantom. Together, they made up the hierarchy as they were both equal leaders. Jor Panoka was born on Duros. At the young age of two he was sold to bandits by his parents for drinking money. Jor spent his time with the bandits for twenty years before eventually killing all of them in their sleep. from there, Jor decided to go home to Duros. Once he arrived he murdered both his parents and all of his other relatives.
