Marvel is a cruise ship privately operated by Vir Calder. Built in Y20 and acquired by Calder in early Y23, the ship underwent a major conversion process and now serves as the rest and recuperation destination for his employees and his guests.
Amenities
The Heirloom is a fine dining restaurant located on the main deck at the forward section of the ship. It is known for its lush wood panels and impeccable service. The ballroom is located at the very tip of the bow.
The Homesteader is a casual dining restaurant located just aft of the Heirloom. It is known for its relaxed atmosphere and comfort foods.
Starlight Tavern is a pub located on the starboard side of the ship. The ship's own band plays at the corner stage often.
Java Beans is a cafe located on the port side of the ship. It is open continuously, and contains a small library featuring many traditionally bound paper books.
Dong Ding is a tea house located near the Homesteader. Built within soundproof bulkheads, it offers a calm atmosphere for quiet enjoyment and self reflection.
Amidships, visitors can find two swimming pools, one for exercising and one for recreation, a fitness center, and locker facilities. Parallel to the docking bay visitors can find the theater. The game room and the conference room can be found further aft.
Staterooms for guests are located on the main deck at the stern of the ship.
Officers
Lirri Anders is the master of Marvel; the Cathar female has decades of experience in spacefaring in the civilian sector, and more recently served several stints as the acting commanding officer of Calder's home ship, Wanderlust, when personnel issues arose.
Carga Juna, a Sullustan male with a equally respectable tenure in the civilian sector, serves as the ship's first mate.
Leeta Revan, a Human female, heads the ship's engine room crew and the docking bay crew. Prior to Marvel, she had long been under Calder's employment and was known as "The Fixer" for her uncanny ability to accomplish even the most difficult tasks, mechanical or otherwise.
Dr. Aliura Kessler is the ship's chief medical doctor. She is the daughter of a Clone Trooper and had been a member of the Ternion Corps Veterans Society before its reactivation as a military unit. Prior to joining Marvel, she was a physician at a hospital at Corellia.
Jerex Sinan, a Human male, oversees the ship's security operations. Under his direction is a private security force support by many security droids. Occasionally, he is placed in charge of Ternion Corps military police units posted to the Marvel as well. Sinan is a retired Imperial Intelligence operative who had worked with Calder earlier in Calder's career.
Jeho Jocle, a Hapan male, is the head chef of the ship. He was introduced to Calder when he was at the helm of a well-known restaurant at Vinsoth.
Drey Elysar, a Human male, is in charge of recreation. He is a composer and a musician, with decades of experience working with holo theater troupes, both on the performance as well as the business side of the industry.

Marvel holds Galactic registry ID number of 898960. It is currently registered at Vinsoth in Quelii Sector, but recent records show that an application to transfer the registration to Austan in Arkanis Sector has been submitted.
