Description
The Mobquet Medium Transport is only one of many cargo haulers in service today. Its body consists of three parts, each separated by a small bridgeway between them. To the fore of the ship is the crew section including the cockpit, controls and crew accommodations. Behind that is the main body of the ship, which is dedicated to cargo storage, both in cold or regular conditions. At the tail of the ship is the engineering section, with engines and the various drive control sections making the space a little cramped.Due to its configuration the Mobquet Medium Transport has somewhat limited cargo space compared to other transports; a fact partially compensated for by a heavily reinforced hull and effective shielding. These qualities, when paired with its tractor beam have made it somewhat popular amongst the scavengers of the universe, as its able to collect up all manner of scrap and garbage to be picked over later. Mobquet went out of business years ago however so the ships numbers are dwindling, as no one else has seen a reason to put this model back into production. As a result, the Mobquet Medium Transport is a dying breed, with some decrying it as others celebrate.[1]
