Navarro de Molay, otherwise known as Demo or his Sith pseudonym Darth Personathus, is a powerful Sith Master in the Order of the Sith. A dedicated imperial and battle-hardened veteran of the Imperial Army where he served most of his career participating in several campaigns before his transfer to Imperial Intelligence where he served in various capacities at the feared Imperial Security Bureau and the highly professional Bureau of Analysis.

Personality and Traits

Appearance

Standing at 178 cm and weighing 88 kg, Navarro de Molay is of generally average height and weight, given his Coruscanti ancestry. He is very fit, no doubt a result of his military training, and makes an effort to stay healthy. He has brown hair, which he keeps cut to a moderate length. His eyes are dark brown, similar to both his mother and father. Navarro bears no distinguishing marks or scars.

One of his distinguishing features is the Neo-Crusaders cross he wears at all times; a memento he was given by his father shortly before leaving for his final raid. Since the day his father perished, Navarro has taken to wearing a white mask with black facial features, as well as growing facial hair. The mask was his father's and is an abstract representation of Jacques' face. It was customary for Neo-Crusaders to wear such masks when performing actions upon their targets to partially conceal their identity, and to strike terror into the hearts of their enemies.

Political Views

Xenophobia, Humanocentrism and Speciesism

Having been raised in a rather traditionalist Imperial family, Navarro understood his place in the social strata of the Empire and the advantages that his Class A status afforded him. Despite this, Navarro had not cared for the species policy enforced by the Empire and his parents. However, everything changed when he returned from his deployment at Derra IV for the Operation Sovereign Canopy. The Metamorphosis Plague (see: Derra Virus) infected two officers of the 3rd Legion - Cora Ersin and Tyler Smyth, two of Navarro's close friends - along with several other Imperial Stormtroopers on Derra IV. It was at this point that Navarro’s xenophobia and speciesism began to develop.

Just a few months after his appointment as 3rd Legion Commander, an incident arose on the planet of Selonia of the Corellia system in which the indigenous population was protesting recent decrees which authorized longer working hours for Class B & C citizens. The protests soon turned to riots and became violent prompting local police forces to call upon the Sector Moff for assistance. Moff Everard de Montfort mobilized the 3rd Imperial Legion in response to the riots and tasked Navarro with discretely securing communications arrays while the local police forces restored order. It was during this operation that Navarro witnessed the savagery and lack of civility inherent in other species.

Despite his increasingly human-centric view of the Imperial Species Policy (SP-14), Navarro has a few alien friends including Ferat Josao and Mingolo Mingolonio. He believes that these individuals overcame the restrictions of their species, and therefore are worthy of such respect.

Religion and Beliefs

"The Force shall free us all."
— Navarro de Molay and Skyron Cyneran

Navarro de Molay is a true believer and practitioner of the ways of The Force. As a member of the mysterious Order of the Sith, he follows the core principles of the dark side of the force and exhibits a rigid and fanatical adherence to Sith doctrine.

There is no peace, there is anger.
There is no fear, there is power.
There is no death, there is immortality.
There is no weakness, there is the Dark Side.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain Victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

I am the Heart of Darkness.
I know no fear, but rather I instill it in my enemies.
I am the destroyer of worlds.
I know the power of the Dark Side.

I am the fire of hate.
All the Universe bows before me.
I pledge myself to the Darkness.
For I have found true life, in the death of the light.

Order of the Sith

"Vi veri veniversum vivus vici / By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe"
— Darth Personathus

It was shortly after his reinstatement in Year 17 that Navarro received an invitation to join the Order of the Sith by Darth Atroxus on behalf of the Dark Lord of the Sith and his Council. After accepting the invitation, Navarro traveled to the Dark Temple in Korriban, the homeworld of the Sith in order to be properly initiated into the Sith Order. Once his initiation was concluded, he began his training under the tutelage of Darth Atroxus himself. During his training, Navarro showed great potential as a Sith, displaying a talent for everything from lightsaber combat techniques to the most esoteric and old methods of Sith Alchemy.

Biography

Childhood & Adolescence

Born on Coruscant to parents Jacques de Molay and Marie Claire de Molay, Navarro de Molay was raised as a middle-class citizen. He attended school at the local elementary and was raised by both his parents until the age of 16 when his father was killed by a Rebel insurgency team. Navarro had few other relatives and was very close to his father. He had learned many things from Jacques, especially about his father's way of life as a Mandalorian Neo-Crusader.

Jacques de Molay was a member of a recently resurging group of Neo-Crusaders who fought for an ancient order of Mandalorians. This group of religious warriors fought to overthrow the Republic, in favor of a more direct government. After the birth of the Empire, Jacques was the leader of one of the group's warrior battalions, and routinely took soldiers on raids against diplomatic embassies that publicly supported the Rebel movement who, in turn, supported a return of the Republic. During one of these raids, Jacques' team was ambushed by rebel forces, and the entire group was slain. This event, recorded in full holo by Rebel barbarians was then distributed to the rest of the Neo-Crusader movement, and deeply scarred Navarro. He vowed revenge, and began training to take his father's place.

"The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous."
— Navarro's vow.

Before he could do so, however, the group's base was discovered and destroyed by Rebel terrorists, forcing the survivors to give up their quest and disband. Navarro, fueled with rage directed at the Rebel scum, decided to join the Galactic Empire.

Imperial Career

Enlistment at the Galactic Empire

"No de Molay fails as a citizen, as a leader or as a man."
— De Molay family motto.

After the death of his father, Navarro, still fueled by his hatred and seeking revenge over the rebels, decided to enlist in the Galactic Empire. His application was accepted and he was sent to the Imperial Academy, where he was assigned to Training Officer Ensign Raffael Goschmitt. Navarro was an average recruit and, being relatively young and with all the hatred in his heart, only wanted to graduate as quickly as possible to start making a difference in the Galaxy.

He decided his talents would be best put to use in the Imperial Army; his father had taught him many skills befitting an infantryman and soldier. Navarro used these skills during training and quickly showed great potential as an Imperial soldier.

6th "Pathfinders" Brigade

"Greatness doesn't mean receiving honours, it means deserving them."
— Private de Molay.

After graduating from the Imperial Academy as a Private in Y12, Navarro was assigned to the 6th Brigade - the Reconnaissance Brigade of the 3rd Imperial Legion. His devotion to his unit, dedication to the Imperial Army, and loyalty were soon observed among his superiors. His hard work was quickly recognized and rewarded when he received his promotion to Corporal despite being relatively new, in terms of Imperial Service.

Operation Andromeda

"So, are you excited to fly an Imperial TIE/Fighter?"
— Sergeant de Molay and Command Sergeant Trex Varax.

Operation Andromeda was a war-game scenario in which soldiers of the 3rd Legion joined Naval units to promote inter-branch cooperation and experiment with joint-force tactics. First Lieutenant Tyler Smith of 3rd Brigade was the leader of the Operation. Sergeant de Molay was assigned to the 9th Infantry Battalion, Alpha Company, where he served at the time as a platoon executive officer. It was the first time Navarro was inside an Imperial Star Destroyer and also the first time Navarro flew a TIE/Fighter. For the success of the training operation, Navarro received his first Mentioned in Dispatches award and his Starfighter Corps qualification.

Operation Isolated Axiom

"Ordinis atque Procursu."
— 2nd Lieutenant de Molay.

Operation Isolated Axiom consisted of a series of training maneuvers where the Imperial Army furthered its capabilities and understanding of combat in preparation for potential upcoming hostilities. Navarro was a Command Sergeant serving as Acting Executive Officer of the 6th Brigade at the time. He worked in the preparation of the 6th Brigade for the training maneuvers. Being a platoon CO of the 9th Infantry Battalion, Alpha Company, Navarro was responsible for securing the Landing Zone (LZ), providing vital protection to the whole Brigade and its subsequent actions. As Operation Isolated Axiom concluded, Navarro was awarded an Imperial Campaign Medal and a Letter of Commendation for his dedication and professionalism during the Operation.

Operation Sovereign Canopy, Derra IV

"Leaders don't have the luxury of a glorious death. Glory, for a leader, is bringing his men home in one piece."
— Discussion between 2nd Lieutenant de Molay and his Commanding Officer.

Soldiers of 6th Brigade including CPT De Molay and CPT Montari taken during Operation Sovereign Canopy

The 3rd Legion was deployed to Derra IV for Operation Sovereign Canopy. Engagements against the forces of the Galactic Alliance were fierce and highly contested, the enemy having had substantial preparatory time to develop a deliberate defensive position within the primary urban locations on the planet. The 9th Alpha Infantry Company, under 1st Lieutenant de Molay's command, suffered notably fewer losses than expected for an infantry company in a fierce warzone - and even those setbacks were tempered by the achievements they made against enemy forces, including engaging and neutralizing several known senior Alliance combatants.

Navarro proved his dedication and valor in the face of great adversity and was appropriately honored for it. He received a field promotion to Captain, and the 3rd Legion was awarded the Unit Distinguished Service for consistently distinguishing themselves through their actions on Derra IV, making great strides in combat against an entrenched enemy with superior numbers and the Battle Efficiency Medal for demonstrating highly effective and efficient skills in the advance to contact, engagement, and withdrawals involving enemy combatants during several combat engagements on Derra IV.

He was later awarded the Imperial Campaign Medal with a Bronze Star Device for his efforts during Operation Sovereign Canopy. After Major Tyrren Montari transferred over to Imperial Intelligence, Captain de Molay succeeded him as the commander of the 6th Brigade.

"Hello; Captain, Captain, Captain, Captain."
Amne Zailyn, Navarro de Molay, Lane Rendell, Tyrren Montari, and Draco Creed on Derra IV.

Department of Military Intelligence

"There are only two powers in the world, sabre and mind; at the end, sabre is always defeated by the mind."
— High Colonel de Molay, Military Intelligence Officer.

The Department of Military Intelligence is the primary link between Imperial Intelligence and the military branches of the Galactic Empire. As a Military Intelligence Officer, Navarro served in the capacity of advising military commanders on matters pertaining to their current missions and operations through the provision of battlefield intelligence, force capacity assessments, and the identification of priority targets.

Unfortunately, most of the information related to Imperial Intelligence is classified, therefore nothing much is known about it.

Operation Silent Night, Whelori Discovery

"Navy and Army on the job... Sounds like the recipe for success, just like when we found Whelori!"
— Navarro de Molay and Tonan Brang on the topic of joint operations.

A few days into Year 15, under the orders of Moff Skyron Cyneran of the Tapani Sector, the 6th Brigade was sent to investigate the rumor of an undiscovered system in Herglic Space. Though this type of mission would typically be assigned to a Navy group in the sector, the brigade was in a position to respond much more quickly than their Navy counterpart. The weak scanners of the brigade's shuttles, in comparison to the Navy's TIEs, slowed the pace of their surveillance of the sector. Navarro was able to coordinate with Brigadier General Edward Canfield, the Legion Commanding Officer, to supply the brigade with additional shuttles from Corellia.

The brigade successfully discovered Whelori, a previously unknown system in the middle of Herglic Space, and assisted Regional Government in securing the territory. Upon the conclusion of the mission, which lasted a total of two weeks, the 6th Brigade received compliments from the Inner Circle and the Throne. As a result of the success of Operation Silent Night, the 6th Brigade was awarded its second Unit Distinguished Service.

Colonel Navarro de Molay was the scout responsible for finding the hidden system and planets of the Giju System, homeworld of the Herglic species.

"Congratulations, Colonel. You have discovered a new species."
— Director of Imperial Intelligence Elvira Falston.

Imperial Centre of Recruitment

"We are the dedicated, the intrepid, the perseverant."
— Emperor Guinar Ndengin.

As a result of being officially welcomed into the ranks of COMPNOR, Navarro received his COMPNOR Member Medal award on Year 15 Day 233 upon his appointment as the new Director of the Imperial Centre of Recruitment by Grand Vizier Inwe Ventidius. Navarro had never expected to return to the Imperial Academy again. During his assignment as Director of ICR, Navarro had the opportunity to work with his old friend Dratt Darkstar, who was the Deputy Director of the Imperial Centre of Recruitment.

Together, Navarro and Dratt - both senior military officers, guided the Imperial Centre of Recruitment to success, making new advances in the recruitment field. Navarro and Dratt had previously worked together at the Department of Military Intelligence. Navarro stepped down from the position of Director of ICR, being replaced by fellow Imperial Leole Mahou, in Year 16. For his efforts as the Director, Navarro was awarded the Imperial Recruitment Medal by the Grand Vizier herself.

Army Command

"Our Signals Wins Battles!"
— Office of the Army Signals Officer.

On Year 15 Day 260, Navarro was appointed the Army Signals Officer by Lord General Graeda L`Annan, succeeding High Colonel Amne Zailyn after her forced retirement from Imperial ranks. With his appointment, Navarro received his first Office at the Imperial Army Headquarters at Carida, the home of the Imperial Army. He could often be seen in his office, spending many hours working on new projects and developments to improve his Majesty's Imperial Army.

The Army Ball

"Eat, Imperials. Drink, Imperials. Indulge yourselves in defiance of those who are terrified of you. For we engage here today, not for our own sakes, but to prove to anyone who may doubt. That we are the Fist of the Galactic Empire. And all will fear our might."
— Emperor Guinar Ndengin.

Annual Imperial Army Ball

A few months after his appointment as the Army Signals Officer, with the end of the year approaching, Navarro and Bailley Zion decided to organize the Annual Army Ball (page 6.), a tradition not forgotten - despite having not been held recently. Imperials from all corners of the Galaxy took a rare opportunity to commune in a such structured event, where the floor was silent and the procedures succinct. The Ball served as a needed outlet for a diverse group of Imperials to come together and mingle with many people whom they would not otherwise encounter and was regarded as a highlight of high Imperial socialite culture.

The Y15 Army Ball had a notable event, where the Executor of the Empire, Lord Seele, gave a speech regarding his upcoming retirement. The event as a whole was a spectacular success and had major media coverage, mainly because of the honorable presence of the Emperor of the Galaxy. Guinar Ndengin. The security details were massive, from Stormtroopers to Royal Guards, making sure only those invited were allowed in. The event was held at the Imperial Army Headquarters on Carida, the birthplace and home of the Imperial Army.

Navarro received his first Imperial Activity Medal for his efforts involving the organization of the Annual Army Ball.

3rd Legion Commanding Officer

"We invite our enemies to...come from Darkness...and witness the ivory flood of inevitable domination."
— Emperor Guinar Ndengin.

Upon the retirement of Brigadier General Edward Canfield, and following his recommendation, Army Command decided to offer Navarro the position of 3rd Legion Commanding Officer. Overwhelmed with honor and ever pleased at further opportunities to do his duties, he accepted. After his appointment, the newly-appointed commander was quoted as expressing this rousing statement:

It is with a solemn duty that I accept and vow to do the best of my abilities, to ensure the 3rd Legion and both of its embracing Sectors are kept at the best of the Imperial Army standards.

Since he took Command of the 3rd Legion early in Year 16, Navarro worked towards the improvement of the internal organization and overall effectiveness of the decorated Legion and its two Brigades.

Retirement

Navarro's passport upon retirement

Somewhere in the middle of Y16, Navarro was last seen at the Army Headquarters on Carida leaving the Office of Army Commanding Officer Lord General Graeda L`Annan after supposedly turning in his Letter of Resignation. As he left the General's Office, there were rumors of him wearing his father's mask and walking away from the Headquarters. Since then, he was never seen for quite a long time - until recently. No reasons were given and no further comments happened.

There was no room for farewells.

Reinstatement

"You wear a mask for so long, that you forget who you were beneath it."
— Demo's reflection.

As the first dawn of Year 17 broke, Navarro was seen entering The College of Land Warfare located on Carida and entering the Army Executive Officer's Office, quite a familiar place for him. That was his official reinstatement as a Colonel into the ranks of the Imperial Army - this time as an experienced legionnaire.

Back into the Pathfinders

"Oculi Exercitus / The Eyes of the Army"
— 6th Brigade motto

Navarro was once again assigned to work with his old Brigade, the 6th 'Pathfinders' Brigade. As a senior officer, Navarro was often seen helping out junior imperials from his Brigade and the Imperial Army as a whole. Such attitude led him to be invited for a Military Exchange Program (MAAP) into the Imperial Academy. Navarro served as Military Liasion for the Imperial Army at the Imperial Academy, mostly giving out speeches about the Imperial Army to cadets. He was awarded his second Mentioned in Dispatches for distinguishing himself on the Military Exchange program.

As Navarro returned from his Military Exchange he was invited to once again serve as the 6th Brigade Executive Officer, an invitation he gladly accepted.

Legion Signals Officer

Navarro, being one of the senior officers in the 3rd Legion, was appointed by Army Command to serve in the Legion Command as the Legion Signals Officer in Y17. Following his appointment, Navarro was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General, being officially at the Command Grade for the first time in his career.

During tough moments and several leadership changes in the Legion, Navarro was called in to assume the temporary command of the Legion and the 6th Brigade in a few instances. For this dedication and commitment to the 3rd Legion, he received a Letter of Commendation from the Army Commanding Officer himself. Later on, in the same year, Navarro was promoted to the rank of Major General.

Operation Serroco Spearhead

Operation Serroco Spearhead was a military exercise that consisted of a series of combat maneuvers and simulations with allied forces from Tresario Star Kingdom on the planet Serroco, organized by the Army Command and coordinated by the 3rd Legion Command. The Army detachment dispatched for the Operation was composed by the 2nd Brigade and 6th Brigade, forming the Task-Force Serroco. The exercise was a great opportunity for both factions to strengthen their relations as well as for the military commanders to get even more battlefield experience. The overall operation was a success and, despite the odd results, its main objective was achieved.

For his dedication and hard work, Navarro was awarded a Mentioned in Dispatches (MID) as well as a Letter of Commendation (LOC) by his superiors. Shortly after returning from the exercise, Navarro received a promotion to Lieutenant General.

Imperial Security Bureau

"We're the Imperial Security Bureau. What we say is principle; what we decide is regulation; what we do is law."
— Unknown.

Navarro had served in His Majesty's Imperial Army for six years reaching up to the rank of Lieutenant-General. Seeking a new path for his career at the beginning of year 19, Navarro applied and transferred over to the Imperial Security Bureau, the counter-intelligence division of Imperial Intelligence. Being accepted and selected to serve in such an auspicious branch was a highly competitive process where the vast majority of applicants were unsuccessful.

After being successfully accepted, Navarro was sent to the ISB Central Office, Byden ISB Complex in Coruscant where he began his training under the supervision of the ISB Directorate. His training included the study of law, policy, analysis, investigation, risk management, intelligence gathering, counter-intelligence measures, interrogation, and physical training to prepare him for future operations, both overt and covert, within The Bureau.

Corporate Raids

"Deploy the Garrison immediately!"
— Chief de Molay after seeing scandocs evidencing corruption.

Shortly after his promotion and appointment as Amber Regional Liaison for the Imperial Security Bureau, Navarro transferred to his new area of operations and would travel often between Kuat and Corporate Oversectors. Navarro wasn't much of a politician or administrator, but more of an Army veteran himself. Working at the Bureau, he was able to expand his knowledge in the area, however. It didn't require much expertise in the field to realize that Corporate was perhaps the most likely Oversector to succumb to corruption due to its distance from the galaxy core and the central government.

After receiving an anonymous tip from a trusted whistleblower of the Bureau, Navarro deployed the full might of the Imperial Security Bureau performing a meticulous sweep on key commercial entities' offices. Among the reasons behind the operation that later became known as "Corporate Raids" were, among other things: corporate espionage, insider trading, and tax evasion.

In the end, 9 reputed companies went through scrutiny, and with relevant evidence found, four of the companies were found guilty of tax evasion estimated to be in the hundreds of millions of credits. The senior executives of the companies were prosecuted and arrested. Two other companies were guilty of attempting espionage and patent infringement when the investigations revealed partial blueprints on engine designs for Imperial Star Destroyers. The Chief Executive Officers of both companies were interrogated and later arrested by Chief de Molay himself.

Operation Swiftsure, Hosnian System

"I'm glad I'm not wearing my white uniform otherwise people would think you are the Director of Intelligence."
— Chief Elaine von Veritrax and Chief de Molay.

The Hosnian System had been recently discovered by Kellen Deming and one week later (Y19 D195) it was revealed to the galaxy when his navigation computer synced with the network of a public starport. The Galactic Empire issued a Imperial Proclamation by His Majesty Emperor Seele I claiming the new system to be within Imperial borders and therefore to be annexed at the Ruby Region under the stalwart of Grand Moff Icarus Carinae.

Hosnian Anti-Imperial propaganda.

Navarro was one of the first imperials to arrive at the newly discovered system, following behind Navy Executive Officer FADM Kef Drenall only a few hours after the system had been made public. Navarro quickly deployed to Hosnian Prime as it had been marked as a primary target by the operation command. Navarro assisted with planetary reconnaissance and enforcing arrest warrants for trespassers. The military Joint Task Force of the 3rd Fleet and 3rd Legion was on the day. By the end of the day, Navarro had been assigned to patrol the planet Cardota.

The following day with more imperial officers arriving at the system as well as enemy forces, the imperial forces deployed at Hosnian Prime in order to secure it. Navarro was re-assigned to that planet and quickly began securing several of the cities on the planet that would later become vital for the security setup of the shield network at Hosnian Prime.

At Y19 D200 Navarro was assigned as Planetary Commander for Cardota by DIR Ventidius. As planetary commander (otherwise known as Front Commander), Navarro was responsible for the overwatch and coordination of all Imperial forces assigned to the planet Cardota. Navarro quickly mobilized his forces around the planet to quickly and safely secure the planet. This allowed Cardota to be one of the first planets to be secured by Imperial forces as many rebel cells were being dismantled and their members either arrested, killed, or on the run.

A few days later, Navarro received a transmission from the command regarding the arrest and execution of his friend Fede Vonrico. Navarro and Vonrico worked many years together at the Imperial Army. Although the loss of an Army General was devastating, Navarro's eagerness and motivation to win this war remained uncontested. During that same week, the Office of Imperial Surveillance under the leadership of Chief Elaine von Veritrax received an anonymous tip regarding an Imperial likely breaching operational security and compromising the operation. Navarro was the closest ISB Agent and quickly deployed to detain the Imperial found breaching OpSec. The Imperial officer was arrested and sent to one of the ISB mobile headquarters for questioning. He was later released without charges other than a formal warning.

With the system under Imperial control for over a month, several planets including Cardota being under imperial control, at Y19 D267 the Operation reached an end as the Task Force forces were slowly being replaced by local forces as most of the restabilization of the planets had been concluded and the system was deemed safe. Navarro was later awarded the Imperial Campaign Medal issued by the Throne for Operation Swiftsure.

Office of Imperial Surveillance

"ISB pay attention to patterns, Chief Bisson."
— Bureau Chief de Molay and Chief Patrick Bisson on the topic of surveillance.

Shortly after the rapid ascension of Navarro's mentor and friend Elaine von Veritrax to the Imperial High Command in the capacity of Minister of Culture, Navarro, a Senior Agent within ISB received the task of overseeing the largest and perhaps most important division of ISB, the Department of Imperial Surveillance. This appointment came with a great personal cost for Navarro as he was almost immediately pushed away from his friends' circle due to the nature of his new position. Upon appointment, Navarro was promoted to the rank of Bureau Chief and was de facto the second in command for the Bureau aiding Deputy Director Tec Vaan on the day-to-day operations of the ISB.

His tenure as Chief of Imperial Surveillance was short-lived and being aware of it, Navarro decided the best approach would be to rebuild and improve the already high standards set by his predecessors. Not a lot of details were made public, but for his hard work and dedication at the management of the Department of Imperial Surveillance, Navarro de Molay was awarded the Departamental Distinguished Service medal and the Imperial Intelligence Medal of Progress, and with that, he sealed career at ISB with high honors.

Bureau of Analysis, Sector Plexus

Having worked at the Imperial Security Bureau for over a year, first as liaison to the most complex Imperial Region, the Amber Region, and then running the Empire's most efficient network of surveillance agents as Chief of Imperial Surveillance, Navarro had obtained the required experience and felt confident enough to transfer to the Empire's finest civilian organization: the Imperial Intelligence at the capacity of Chief of Analysis.

During his tenure as Chief of Analysis, Navarro was responsible for the complete overhaul and implementation of several last-standing reforms at the Bureau of Analysis, which, due to previous leadership constraints and the complexity of the Empire's immense structure had its infrastructure incredibly affected, with its internal processes outdated posing a risk for an ever-evolving intelligence community. Navarro saw an opportunity to improve the Bureau of Analysis by improving the overall efficiency of the Bureau and launching a targeted recruitment campaign seeking the most talented imperial minds. He worked closely with Director Jett Blackheart and Chief of Operations Vladamiur Veselov to ensure the safety of imperials from external influence while supporting the military branches with the provision of actionable intelligence.

Operation Reditus, Corellian Security Coup

Around Year 20, Day 247 the CorSec Crisis began to unfold when former Executives and senior staff from the Correllian Security Force launched an operation to attempt to subdue Imperial control within the Correlia Sector. Officers from all branches launched into a swarm of activity and established various combatant commands to respond to the petty insurgency. Like in Hosnian many were fueled by greed and a desire to amass personal wealth. Due to the extreme complexity of the situation, the Imperial Intelligence command took over operational control of the Operation, later named Operation Reditus. Under the command of seasoned Imperial Intelligence commanders including Elaine von Veritrax and Director Blackheart, the Imperial forces turned the tide of the battle and secured the majority of Imperial territory.

Chief of Corrective Services

After serving the Bureau of Analysis for over a year and seeing his work coming to fruition, Navarro received an offer from his long-time friend and Bureau Chief of ISB Patrick Bisson to return to the Imperial Security Bureau as Chief of Corrective Services. This newly created department would reform the whole Imperial Prison system. Navarro had accumulated enough experience in overhauling departments, and the proof of that was a thriving Bureau of Analysis entirely overhauled.

Navarro was responsible for implementing a series of reforms into the Imperial Prison system during his tenure as Chief of Corrective Services. He was responsible for overseeing the implementation of security policies for all correctional facilities to ensure the suppression of incidents including threat assessments. One of the policies stated that Class A citizens should not be incarcerated with Class B or Class C citizens, with the only exception being extenuating circumstances. This policy did not apply to non-imperials convicted of class A infractions.

Navarro had the opportunity to oversee the construction of several correctional facilities at the regional level that were supervised by his long-time friend and Army veteran Agent Emillio Peares, from Rear Echelon Centers to Imperial Department of Psychological Studies and Examination (IDPSE) facilities, as well as the ████████ program. Not a lot of details are known about these highly-secured and classified facilities, other than they host the most dangerous criminals wanted by the Galactic Empire.

After seeing the completion of the most prominent correctional facilities and an overhauled Department of Corrective Services, Navarro stepped down as Chief of Corrective Services being succeeded by Arya Solus.

Imperial Security Bureau, Coruscant Oversector

After stepping down as Chief of Corrective Services, Navarro departed to the Sith Worlds where he continued serving the ideals of the New Order at the Order of the Sith. Navarro used his long pending leave of absence to focus even further on his never-ending training and philosophical studies of the dark side of the force. Despite not being officially appointed, Navarro assisted Darth Nantius personally in leading the Saarai Enclave in projecting the influence of the Dark Lord and by extension the Emperor within the Enclave's assigned imperial territory. He was later officially elevated as Overseer under the newly appointed Enclave Head Darth Emersus.

Upon his return to active duty, Navarro was reassigned to the Coruscant Oversector as an ISB Supervisor. Coruscant is arguably the most important imperial oversector and only the most loyal and dedicated ISB Agents were stationed there. Due to its significant importance, Coruscant attracts a lot of traffic, from tourists to businessmen, and the proximity to several high-level buildings, including all imperial branch headquarters, the ISB Central Office as well as the Imperial Palace demands a seasoned agent to supervise and ensure imperial security. Navarro supervised all security efforts in direct coordination with Grand Moff Thea Corine, the Regional Governor as well as representatives of all imperial branches.
