Originally registered on the Galactic Stock Exchange by Cevin Pong, Pulsar Recycling hit immediate trouble. Land registered under the newly formed factions name, came into immediate dispute by the Imperial Union. Pong lost his court case, lost his land and sent his newly formed faction spiralling toward bankruptcy. With no choice but to let it go, governmental auditors put the limited company on the open market.

After a turbulent and unusual first two weeks in business, the patent that is Pulsar Recycling dropped into the hands of Voracity's understudy and bodyguard to Vansic Helranth, Azarra Malchezaar. Due to the hasty circumstance with which this exchange took place, Malchezaar was caught in the headlights. Turning to his master, the Doomguard sought out the immediate assistance of Helranth. The Patriarch put forward the capital and equity of Voracity to save the doomed organisation. Despite the best efforts of Helranth and Malchezaar, the faction was still not sustainable and looked certain to fail.

The lifeline that saved Pulsar came from a rather unlikely source, a source that no competent business man could have foreseen. During a board meeting on the date Year 10 Day 89, the most favourable way to dissolve the faction was being discussed. Out of the blue, Jinko Tark piped up, clearly sympathetic to Malchezaar's and Helranth's cause, and offered his entire life savings to the end of supporting his friends organisation. Clearly touched by the gesture, Malchezaar still had to deal with the realisation that this was still not enough.

There must have been a charitable vibe in the air that day, as within a matter of seconds, every present member stood up and began to offer pledges of a similar nature, in figures that were by far enough to save the Recycling company and turn it around. Ryaol Zanon, president of media giant Courier Communications, Jinko Tark, production manager of Voracity and Eronos Lookfar, long server of Freedom Fighters and the head of Voracity, stepped in that day and saved the business from certain death. Jinko Tark, the famed artist, born on kashyyyk, stepped in to handle the reigns with Malchezaar and push toward the success they know Pulsar Recycling is capable of.

With new momentum, Voracity, Courier Communications and Pulsar Recycling formed a solid alliance and set about putting it's plans to herald a new golden age of their coalition, Voracity.
