Chiewab was found by Chilyo Barpher and based out of Onyx territory. I am not sure who wrote the Timeline on this, but Chilyo owned it and then gave it to Siejo Kutol when he started to go inactive. Siejo ran it for a bit, and Riley was leader. Anyone have any ideas on this? -- Siejo Kutol
