Policy Suggestion - Original Writing Only

Can we make it a point not to just copy the entirety of the (largely shoddy) Compedia over to this? With a new wiki, we should take the opportunity to write good quality IC content, rather than just making a duplicate of the same crap that's available on an already existing website.
