Tresario Star Kingdom

I have taken Tresario off the list of "former signatories" as it was never a signatory for the GA treaty. Tresario was only a member through its status as a protect domain of the Falleen Federation, and this was made very clear after it declared independence.

I then changed some of the timeline events to reflect this, putting the main events regarding to TSK is TSK leaving FF and losing GA status and then deciding to cut ties from the GA and lobby the IU. --Jared Waymen, Love ling Tresario! 05:12, 13 May 2012 (GMT)
