A House Divided

By Order of the Empire: Prisoner 811902, named Keradii M`bathlor Besadijic, shall be Executed by firing squad tomorrow morning at 08:30 exactly for fomenting insurrection, and for treason......Signed, Admiral (name redacted) -From the form ordering the Execution of Keradii the Hutt

Keradii summoned Gudash to his palace, intending to rebuke him and publicly disown him. Knowing what his parent had in plan, Gudash refused to come. Enfuriated by his child's disrespect, Keradii flew into a rage, destroying his protocol droid and unintentionally killing his major-domo in the process. Little did Keradii know that Calo Ericton, the Trandoshan who killed Mwanami the Hutt, had also hidden holo-recorders in his throne room. Gudash sent the video of his tantrum directly to the Hutt Council, editing the feed to make it seem as though Keradii had this reaction in response to hearing that an assassination attempt on his rivals had failed.
The Hutt Council was shocked at this. They responded by fining Keradii heavily, which did nothing to help the aging Hutt's temperament. When he traced it back to his child, he vowed revenge and began a propaganda war that spanned a few years. However, Keradii still wasn't aware of the hidden holo-cams Gudash had planted. When Gudash finally angered his parent beyond any forgiveness, Keradii ordered a hit on Gudash. Calo Ericton and Costoeod Nedram protected him from the assassin, and Gudash again used the Hutt Council to his advantage, sending them the video of his parent sanctioning the hit on another Hutt, considered a serious crime by the Council. This time, however, Gudash delivered the death-stroke to his parent by sending the same video to two groups: The Galactic Empire (to whom he also sent a detailed account of all Keradii's dealig with known felons), and the rest of The M`bathlor Kajidic. Clan M`bathlor disowned Keradii as a member, the Hutt Council declared him a traitor and banned him from ever entering Hutt Space again, and the Empire clapped him in Irons and shipped him off to Kessel. Later, an Imperial Admiral (his name is stricken from all records) ordered the Execution of Keradii, and the order was carried out the next morning, ending the feud with the favor decidedly on Gudash's side.
