Factions category

Please stop tagging groups with the category 'Factions'. It is largely an OOC term and not appropriate for the IC nature of the wiki. We already have a category Category: Organisation with sub categories like Category:Government, Category:Mining Company and Category:Ship Manufacturer that are more appropriate in an IC context.
