This is a chronological list of noteworthy events, that happened in the Year 2.

- Day 0: Supreme Commander Shae Briston of the Rebel Alliance offers a white peace to various polities.
- Day 0: Emperor Mccarthur appoints the newly-returned Trey Connel as his Executive Officer (XO).
- Day 1: A mysterious artifact exhumed by TetraCorp causes several individuals to metamorphose into aliens.
- Day 2: Daiel DeCor assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Black Star Corporation.
- Day 7: Walni Rom-ca is appointed Head of Fleet Command for CorSec.[1]
- Day 8: Chrisbacca becomes the archbishop of the religious enclave known as H'Kig.
- Day 11: Tritian Malia becomes Vice President of Zenith Transportation.
- Day 14: Kosh Naranek returns as President of Aurora Technologies and replaces Basil Midnight.[2]
- Day 18: The Imperial science vessel Huron is destroyed on its mission to the Unknown Regions.
- Day 40: The Rebel Alliance and the Night Thieves begin clandestine negotiations on a peace treaty.[3]
- Day 49: Caelambulator replaces Balavan Bobil as Quartermaster of the Rebel Alliance.
- Day 62: Pendo Koja resigns as Director of Centrepoint Space Station (CSS). He leaves for the Unknown Regions.
- Day 63: Merc retires from Renegade Inc. Merc's head Naval commander, Roy Starkiller, assumes command.[4]
- Day 69: The Falleen Federation signs the Constitution of the Republic.
- Day 75: Dash Rendar steps down as Commander-in-Chief of Blazing Pulsar Exploration.[5]
- Day 77: Balavan Bobil becomes the new leader of Centrepoint Space Station.[6]
- Day 78: The Rebel Alliance and the Night Thieves sign and announce a mutual defense pact.[3]
- Day 81: Connel leaves the Galactic Empire and disappears from the galaxy.
- Day 92: Hand of Orion becomes president of the New Anzat Order.
- Day 104: Darth Donuts replaces Montesquieu as the Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Innovations Inc.[7]
- Day 105: Aurora Tech relocates its corporate headquarters to Lorell.
- Day 108: Arakyd Industries Droid Manufacturers is founded by Choibacco and Ann Yael.
- Day 111: Piett, a former Emperor of the Galactic Empire, returns from the Unknown Regions.
- Day 112: Liberty News Investigations is founded.
- Day 115: ChronoKill transfers his command authority of the Bounty Hunter Alliance to Icarus.
- Day 117: King Jessy James of the Hapes Consortium weds Linnsey Miaer.[8]
- Day 129: The notorious Outrider Trading is founded by Bar Cochba and Dargon Yotam.[9]
- Day 130: After a foiled coup d'etat, the Rebel Alliance rescinds its treaty with the Night Thieves.[3]
- Day 140: The Rebel Alliance controversially proposes a peace treaty to the Galactic Empire.
- Day 141: The Rebel Alliance retracts the latter peace offer.
- Day 142: The Galactic Empire demands the unconditional surrender of the Rebel Alliance.
- Day 143: Acria Larkin is reportedly captured by unknown forces, but later manages to escape.[1]
- Day 150: Shae Briston steps down as Supreme Commander of the Rebel Alliance.
- Day 151: Moff Jake Kiltar appoints Von Ismay as the Sector Adjutant of the Farfin Sector.[8]
- Day 156: Sphere replaces Topo Geigo as Commander-in-Chief of Blazing Pulsar Exploration.
- Day 158: Tembre Fe`ll becomes the Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Space Lines.
- Day 164: David Salohah, popularly known as Doctor Fro, becomes the President of the Rebel Alliance.
- Day 168: Zeblork, an Imzig,[10] is given the Imperial Citizen Award by Minister Felix Darque on Coruscant.[8]
- Day 169: Kosh Naranek steps down as president of Aurora Tech and is replaced by Remi Coda.
- Day 194: Rik Avner returns from the Unknown Regions and unsuccessfully tries to seize control of the Night Thieves.[3]
- Day 197: Falleen Federation expels Coken, Trigit, and Zothrip for dereliction of duty.[11]
- Day 212: Mccarthur steps down as Emperor. He is succeeded by Charon.
- Day 221: Hal Breden is replaced by Ravyn Nightstorm as head of the Galactic Medical Institute (GMI).
- Day 234: Qel Dar announces that he is the undisputed Dark Prince of Black Sun.[12]
- Day 239: Jennifer Dreighton replaces Adric Simms as Lord Protector of The Core.
- Day 242: Kosh Naranek replaces KiltJoy as Chief Executive Officer of the Genesis Corporation.
- Day 249: Gunner Terrik steps down as President of Ubrikkian Corporation. He is succeeded by Kida Mer.
- Day 263: Cloud Carbine, a reformed criminal, establishes the Paradox Mining Company.[3]
- Day 283: Avalon Larkin is reported by galactic tabloids to have been killed, but these reports are revealed to be false.[1]
- Day 334: Relm Hesek of the Rebel Alliance announces the re-establishment of the Jedi Council.[13]
- Day 340: A Hapan court exonerates Brosk Cardassian, director of Trans-Galactic Transportation, of corruption charges.[14]
- Day 346: Lorell Governor Choibacco of the Hapes Consortium denies allegations of bribery and corruption.[15]
- Day 348: Count Greyson Uebles of the Imperial Core announces increased taxes on slaves within their controlled territory.[16]
- Day 353: The Galactic Medical Institute offers a neutrality and/or non-aggression pact to all organizations.
- Day 360: The Night Thieves announce their ongoing war against the Rebel Alliance is over.[3]
