This is a chronological list of noteworthy events, that happened in the Year 3.

- Day 1: OmniCorp is founded by Executive Director Voor, Executive Manager Redbat Zevroni,[1] and Executive Chairman Zeblork.
- Day 1: Jorran Kale, a Trandoshan,[2] steps down as President of NeuroSaav Technologies. John Stark replaces him.
- Day 23: Omega Order Vehicles — led by Plojo Rosom and Jova PallaDel — opens for business.
- Day 26: Baron Vyk Drago becomes the despot of the New Anzat Order. He is succeeded by Baron Arca Fenris.
- Day 30: Blue Sabre Transportation, led by Sterik Hasger, opens for business.
- Day 46: Director Ma'karr Quaxo of the Imperial Core denounces Emperor Charon's regime on Coruscant.[3]
- Day 48: Venix Fire becomes the commander of The Wraiths after the resignation of Navik Ikron.[4]
- Day 49: Executive Director Voor of OmniCorp publicly executes Halucis, a Nimbanel thief.[5]
- Day 50: Intelligence Director Ma'karr Quaxo of the Imperial Core uncovers and kills a Charonist spy.[6]
- Day 53: Executive Director Voor of OmniCorp reveals Executive Chairman Zeblork has embezzled the company.[7]
- Day 53: Governor Choibacco of the Hapes Consortium invites new companies to build their headquarters on Lorell.[8]
- Day 55: The Bounty Hunters Alliance prohibits freelance operators from meddling in their missions.[9]
- Day 55: The Raptor Pirates demand that OmniCorp repay its customers embezzled by Zeblork.[10]
- Day 59: Emperor Charon mandates that all vessels must officially register with the Imperial Port Authority.[11]
- Day 64: Vice President Yurok Kin'ailo appoints Hornithicus as Head of Security for Cyber Technology.[12]
- Day 67: The Raptor Pirates solicits operatives for their new Special Forces division.[13]
- Day 68: Hapan citizens celebrate the fiftieth city built on the planet of Lorell.[14]
- Day 70: Minister of Defense Yarbles of the New Anzat Order overthrows Baron Arca Fenris and becomes Prime Minister.[15]
- Day 70: Executive Director Voor of OmniCorp announces that former Chairman Zeblork has retired.[16]
- Day 71: Barons Arca Fenris and Vyk Drago flee Anzat space following Yarbles' successful revolution.[17]
- Day 72: The illustrious Eldrik Kuraine is formally crowned as monarch of the Falleen Federation.[18]
- Day 74 : King Eldrik Kuraine appoints Prince Tholin Dur'aak as Lord Commander of the Federation Armed Forces.[18]
- Day 74: General Squall Chitose replaces Mexx Cuter as the Army Commander in the Falleen Federation.[18]
- Day 74: Zorran Black denounces Minister Yarbles seizure of power of the New Anzat Order and supports Baron Arca Fenris.[19]
- Day 74: Yarbles' New Anzat Order responds to Zorran Black's denunciation and asserts he is an exiled mutineer.[20]
- Day 76: The Rebel Alliance High Command arrests President Cyrus Cloudwalker for treason.[21]
- Day 81: The Galactic Empire arrests and executes Zeblork for theft and embezzlement.[22]
- Day 81: The Hutt Council, led by Angobba the Hutt, is formed under the auspices of the Galactic Empire.[23]
- Day 83: Lord Tholin Dur'aak announces his return from hiatus to the Falleen Federation.[24]
- Day 83: Jim Stratus of the Galactic Empire purchases Galactic Salvage Inc.
- Day 86: Green Devil replaces Haden Rodery as Chancellor of Loronar Security.
- Day 94: Imperial Core and Sith Empire unify to become the Dark Empire.
- Day 98: Owan D'arc steps down as Chief Administrator of the Night Thieves.[25]
- Day 98: The Night Thieves are absorbed into Hammers Slammers, a mercenary outfit.[25]
- Day 101: The Hutt Council places a death sentence on all personnel in the Dark Empire.[26]
- Day 102: Warlord Vodo Bonias of the Dark Empire declares hostilities against the Hutt Council.[27]
- Day 103: Ashe is replaced by Kail Denear as president of Universal Network Bank.
- Day 105: Relm Hesek is appointed Supreme Commander of the Rebel Alliance.
The Black Sun Crisis was key flashpoint in Year 3 between King James' Hapes Consortium and Prince Qel Dar's Black Sun crime syndicate.
- Day 107: The Black Sun Crisis erupts between Black Sun and the Hapes Consortium.[28]
- Day 108: Prince Qel Dar's Black Sun rebuffs Hapan demands to cede their acquired territory on Lorell.[29]
- Day 111: Emperor Charon appoints Grand Vizier Naal Soven as leader of COMPNOR.[30]
- Day 113: The Dark Empire arrests and executes the leader of the Ubrikkian Corporation.[31]
- Day 143: Emperor Charon appoints Vir Calder as Moff of the Fakir Sector.
- Day 144: Warlord Vodo Bonias' Dark Empire declares its support for the Hapan coalition arrayed against Black Sun on Lorell.[32][33]
- Day 145: Kavvel the Hutt resigns as leader of Aurora Tech and is replaced by Mythrantar.[34]
- Day 162: Kosh Naranek of Black Sun weds Syn.[35]
- Day 169: Genma Digma assumes control of the Trans-Galactic Transportation.
- Day 172: New Anzat Order and the Dark Empire sign "a friendship treaty."
- Day 181: The Hutt Council signs a merchandise agreement with Aurora Technologies.[36]
- Day 181: A hostage crisis begins when Serj Seinwill kidnaps Dargon Yotam and other diplomats.[37]
- Day 185: One of the hostages, Frollo the White, is released by Serj Seinwill of the StarVengers.[38]
- Day 185: Angobba the Hutt claims Serj Seinwill is on the payroll of the Dark Empire and controlled by Vodo Bonias.[39]
- Day 186: Prince Qel Dar of Black Sun hints that his criminal syndicate is targeting Serj Seinwill.[40]
- Day 186: Bounty Hunter Alliance captures and executes Kryl Vysk, an infamous Arconian.[41]
- Day 186: Serj Seinwill reiterates his ransom demands and vows his support for the Dark Empire.[42]
- Day 186: Tholin Dur'aak of the Falleen Federation pledges to assist the Hutts in capturing Serj Seinwill.[43]
- Day 187: The military council of the StarVengers disowns Seinwill and disavows all knowledge of his terrorist activities.[44]
- Day 188: The Ubrikkian Corporation elects Bryce as their new leader.
- Day 192: Davpa Bolom steps down as Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Technology. Vice President Yurok Kin'ailo replaces him.
- Day 199: Octavus Sanguis becomes leader of Trilon Incorporated.
- Day 200: Supreme Chancellor Dargon Yotam escapes Serj Seinwill's captivity with the aid of the Hutt Council.[45]
- Day 200: The Galactic Empire bestows governorship of Tatooine to the Hutt Council, an Imperial suzerainty.[46]
- Day 201: Choibacco Antaria of the Hapes Consortium declares that Serj Seinwill is exiled from Wookiee society.[47]
- Day 213: Green Devil of Loronar Security is killed by Eldrik Kuraine, the leader of Astralwerks Engineering.[48]
- Day 214: Black Sun denounces Bertyag Lucat's Chimaera Order and hopes for an Imperial restoration of peace on Tatooine.[40]
- Day 215: Prince Qel Dar of Black Sun and his consort Princess Krystal begin a five-week vacation in Jomark.[40]
- Day 217: Thraken Solo starts Colonial Shipworks.
- Day 218: Princess Gabriella Storm of the Dark Empire defects to the Galactic Empire.
- Day 219: King James I authorizes the bombardment of Black Sun cities on Lorell by Hapan ships in orbit.
- Day 221: Greyson Uebles declares a truce between the Dark Empire and Galactic Empire.
- Day 225: Bel Ker Production is founded by Crib Ulton and Kaerobani.[49]
- Day 226: Talon Efrawn is relieved of his position as CEO of Aurora Tech. Tarkacheen replaces him.
- Day 226: The 1st Hapan Fleet and other vessels of the the Joint Security Force of Lorell bombard Black Sun encampments.
- Day 229: CEO Charles Slayden appoints Jeff Corbin as Vice President of Infinite Innovations Inc.
- Day 232: Vodo Bonias opens a "soap factory" on Bastion. The soap is made using "non-human life-forms."[50]
- Day 233: Prime Minister Yarbles of the New Anzat Order publicly lauds Bonias' soap factory on Bastion.[51]
- Day 233: Lord Commander Josa VaAmora of the Falleen Federation denounces Bonias' soap factory as barbaric.
- Day 234: The infamous Venom Kazvar of the Horizon Mining Corporation taunts Astralwerks Engineering.
- Day 234: Under the guidance of Intellifish, several companies form the League of Trade.[52]
- Day 235: Raan Jodus of the Bounty Hunter Alliance announces the capture and execution of fugitive Furig Therop.
- Day 235: Rear Admiral Orjak, a Falleen mercenary in The Wraiths, criticizes Yarbles' endorsement of Bonias' soap factory.
- Day 236: Black Knight becomes the owner of Trans-Galactic Transportation.
- Day 236: Reajiad Nero of the Rebel Alliance vocalizes his revulsion at Bonias' alien soap factory on Bastion.
- Day 236: The United Trade Federation led by Dargon Yotam of Galactic Transportation Services praises the League of Trade.
- Day 237: The Rebel Alliance declares that Prime Minister Yarbles and his New Anzat Order are henceforward regarded as enemies.
- Day 238: Prince Qel Dar of Black Sun appoints Acria Larkin as a Vigo and as Director of Marketing.[40]
- Day 238: Keir Santage, a future thief and infamous pirate, makes his first recorded appearance in the galaxy.

- Day 240: The Hutt Council captures Vigo Acria Larkin of Black Sun and extradites her to the Galactic Empire.[55]
- Day 240: Rik Avner becomes the proprietor of Twin Star Mining after the mysterious death of former CEO Ayja Laetras.[56]
- Day 241: Jova PallaDel becomes the owner and president of the Ubrikkian Corporation.[57]
- Day 242: Jake Kiltar is appointed the president of Cloud City.
- Day 243: Kam Farlight appoints Rahm Zarkov as quartermaster of Infinite Dark, a smuggling syndicate.
- Day 248: Infinite Innovations Inc. becomes a nationalized subsidiary of the Galactic Empire.
- Day 252: Convicted of treason, Acria Larkin is incarcerated by the Empire in the Ghorman system penitentiary.[58]
- Day 265: Vincent Strife is imprisoned by the Empire. He serves out his sentence with Acria Larkin in the same penitentiary.[59]
- Day 270: Bounty Hunter Alliance captures and executes Kyrk Lyder, a bloodthirsty Trandoshan marauder.[60]
- Day 271: Fox Spookers, a former Supreme Commander, is expelled from the Rebel Alliance for theft.[61][62]
- Day 281: Ace Menshu replaces Chan as Magistrate of the Trade Federation.[63]
- Day 283: Lord Xa Draet assumes power as leader of Centrepoint Space Station.[64]
- Day 289: Outrider Trading becomes a nationalized subsidiary of the Hapes Consortium.[65]
- Day 290: The Galactic Empire and Dark Empire announce their merger into a single entity.[66][67]
- Day 290: Corbin Esco of the Trade Federation unveils "Shockball Wagering," a popular event.[68]
- Day 293: Hapan authorities announce they have conducted a planetary dragnet against Black Sun operatives on Lorell.[69]
- Day 294: After losing the conflict on Lorell, Prince Dar of Black Sun denounces the Hapans as an inbred "genetically challenged race."[70]
- Day 317: Victor von Ismay, a Sector Adjutant, is promoted to Moff of the Corellian Sector.[71]
- Day 324: Tholin Dur'aak of the Falleen Federation cedes most day-to-day operations to Aves Larkin and Jace Meridan.
- Day 329: Kloran replaces Kurner Dah'tar as leader of the JUGANOTH Mining Corporation.
- Day 352: Uther Von Kaldreon purchases Blue Sabre Transportation and appoints himself Chief Executve Officer.[72]
- Day 354: Aves Larkin and Acria Larkin resign from the Falleen Federation.[73]
- Day 357: Supreme Chancellor Dargon Yotam of the United Trade Federation executes Serj Seinwill, a terrorist.[74]
