This is a chronological list of noteworthy events, that happened in the Year 6.

- Day 7: A religious order known as The Way — the predecessor of the Avance Coalition — is founded.
- Day 10: Horley Cyan founds the Corporate Alliance, a Trade Federation subsidiary.
- Day 10: Eidola murders Mosep Chitose.
- Day 10: The Order of Kampar is founded.
- Day 11: The Czerka Corporation is founded.
- Day 13: MandalTech is formed.
- Day 40: Starsign Shipyards is formed.
- Day 59: Rebel Alliance and Jacen Boshuu capture and execute Imperial Moff Kirov Quel-Droma.
- Day 66: Cerberus Corporation is founded by Thorr.
- Day 84: Joseph Roscha is overthrown and expelled as ruler of Black Sun by former Dark Princess Xya Howie.[1]

- Day 161: Horley Cyan succeeds Toran Slisik as Viceroy of the Trade Federation.
- Day 205: Tycho Celchu of the Tenloss Syndicate claims credit for the Jedi Praxium's impending destruction.[2]
- Day 205: The Jedi Praxium is dissolved due to a plot orchestrated by Kal Fisto and the Tenloss Syndicate.
- Day 209: Following the mysterious death of Xya Howie, Dark Princess Tara Tylger becomes ruler of Black Sun.
- Day 232: The New Sith Order is formed.

- Day 252: Ailon Nova Guard is formed.
- Day 300: The government known as the Avance Coalition is founded.
- Day 301: House Vigihan of The Avance Coalition is founded.
- Day 302: Imperial reformists announce their intention to depose Grand Moff Daelin Zerk, the Imperial Chief of Staff.
- Day 303: Emperor Vodo Bonias of the Galactic Empire issues arrest warrants for all Imperial reformists.
- Day 305: The Galactic Empire offers amnesty to reformists who would return to the Empire with prisoners.
- Day 318: Imperial reformists form the New Imperial Order led by Garen Karrade, Thomas Cherokee, Guinar Ndengin, and Seele.
- Day 318: The Third Imperial Civil War erupts between Vodo Bonias' Empire and the New Imperial Order.
- Day 326: After Dark Princess Tara Tylger goes on a killing spree, Regent Camaris sa Vinitta overthrows her as ruler of Black Sun.[3]
- Day 357: Imperial forces commit genocide against the Wookiees on Kashyyyk, an event later dubbed "the Kashyyyk Death March" or "the Black Forest Massacre."
