(Corrected facts, removed obvious Zann bias towards what they would've liked the GE to be "feeling", and fixed up the terrible use of language and inability to tell OOC from IC.)

Realising that he could not regain control of the situation, Pietre offered to sell the Churnis sector to the Galactic Empire, to which a multi-billion credit deal was quickly arranged with the Empire. The sale of the Churnis sector to the Empire ended The Mercenary Guild's stewardship of the region, and the transition of the territory to the temporary rule of Moff Wummer Malephar under the Emperor's direction. Across the surface of harsh desert planets, ice worlds, and jungle landscapes of the galaxy, sit remote outposts with individuals thought to be a terrorist group plotting their objectives. These men and women of all races and backgrounds are referred to only as Zann Consortium, or simply The Syndicate.

From the outside looking in, The Syndicate is simply preparing another attack, which will inevitably causes chaos, destruction, brutality and subversive tactics, which are common place for the Consortium. Zann Consortium is led by their crime lord an infamous gang leader and the founder of interplanetary swoop gangs, Ximaro Jix. Ximaro, also known as Krestviniic, along with the criminals of Zann Consortium, strive to bring corruption to new heights around the galaxy.

Seeping into the foundations of every known fabric of society, the syndicate assaults, defiles, or influences the galaxy. However, they bound by no rules or politics, unable to be bought out or scared away by those who oppose them. The Zann crime ring always presses forward with the ideology that every sentient regardless of designation or origin can seek what they wish in a galaxy of hidden vice and a war on sin.

At the forefront leading the way so any sentient may partake in its guilty pleasures long robbed from all sentient's and given to privileged criminals or civilized societies those daring enough to be apart of the Consortium guide the way for a different approach has already begun.

No longer shall governments rule over the criminal organisations pulling them into a war that is fought not by their own but by those of the criminal element or scum who frequently fight and die among each other over scraps while those in power continue to thrive off their efforts giving less or no tribute to those thought to be miscreants, murderers and thieves. No longer will fear be the norm to subside those who wish to seek their own fortune or glory or simply live as free as they were born held by no laws.

Zann Consortium facilitates a change. An idea that is pressed through actions and influence. A vision that created a movement that started with the syndicate leader's swoop gang which continuously evolves into something far greater.

Koros Spaceworks

Year 14 Day 342 Nationalised subsidiary Koros Spaceworks of Krath Dynasty government was looted by Namma Craken niece to Tapar Craken . The amount taken in assets an credits was estimated to be of 5 billion in total, despite rumours a lesser value was taken . Krath Dynasty issued a 500 million credit bounty for Ximaro Jix for his repeated attacks on Krath Dynasty in previous times and for assisting in what is regarded in engineering the plan, and what several Krath Officials including leader Lazarus Kell of the Krath Dynasty government state was corrupting Namma Craken.

Lilitu Ningaz was also placed on the bounty list at 450 million credits.

Namma identified herself to be a member of Zann Consortium covert operations group known as the Defilers. Namma's actions and statements earned her a 400 million credit bounty as well, later issued by Lazarus Kell who felt she had no longer been simply corrupted.

It had been rumored around Krath Dynasty for quite some time Consortium Defilers were planning an attack however to everyone's amazement it was Namma Craken who ultimately was the perpetrator. Lilitu Ningaz stated to Krath officials she was indeed the one who had recruited Namma quite some time earlier and put the plan in motion.

Despite the controversy surrounding the looting , Krath Dynasty posted bounties on all members of Ximaro's gang Dark Star Hellions which he had founded and once lead as well as all members of his current Syndicate he resides over Zann Consortium

The Mercenary Guild and Sabotage

At Approximately Day 343 just one day after the looting of Koros Spaceworks , Zann Consortium confirmed rumours that Defilers had successfully rendered 8 planets uncontrolled in the sector of Churnis after the leader of Mercenary Guild government failed to negotiate terms with Ximaro Jix and stated Ximaro was unable to wield any damage towards their government.

At a public venue Xakic Jix, Ximaro's younger brother and a known defiler along with Ximaro explained they had been working with and assisting long time friend and rogue Sith, Lord Myn Kuat with his revenge on the government he created and once controlled.

During a series of attacks carried out by Ximaro and his covert operations members working behind the scenes, the Consortium aimed to demoralise the Mercenary Guild and ultimately collapse the government. After the attacks began, some members of Guild resigned from their positions within the government in an attempt to avoid any harm from what a known murderer and terrorist.

Shortly after the attacks began, it was clear that the Guild was not suitably prepared to repel a coordinated regime of chaos encroaching upon their worlds; in response Pietre Hunimen, leader of The Mercenary Guild, urged the Galactic Empire for assistance on the advice of his second in command. Assessing the situation and realising the continued threat to the rule of law that the Consortium posed to smaller and fringe governments, the Emperor agreed to send forces to aid the Guild. As their first step, the Galactic Empire notified Ximaro Jix that they would be providing military assistance to The Mercenary Guild throughout the Churnis sector, and that continued acts of aggression by Zann personnel would result in the Empire considering them an enemy. Despite the warning, members of Zann Consortium and Dark Star Hellions were seen to be continuing attacks against the Guild's assets, stating that they would depart once their task was complete, and when the GE had received their message of bowing to none.

The ground forces of the Consortium continued shutting down the Mercenary Guild assets throughout Churnis, enabling them to seize land as the local security forces remained preoccupied. As a result of the continued vandalism by the Consortium, the Mercenary Guild began to look for alternative ways of trying to bring the situation under control after Pietre had admitted that the Guild was unable to effectively halt the Consortiums efforts to destabalise the region.

The Consortium had succeeded in ousting The Mercenary Guild from power in the sector, only to see the arrival of the Empire's forces with a statement from the Emperor that Imperial presence would be limited to re-establishing control, and transitioning the sector to a new government at a later date.

At the end of Zann Consortium's sabotage that forced the Mercenary Guild to sell the sector to a galactic superpower, Ximaro stated that the Consortium's work had been completed. Despite Consortium claims that the Churnis sector had been ruined, the Imperial Treasury noted a strong economy in place with a monthly revenue in excess of 400 million credits flowing into the treasury, and the Mercenary Guild remained an officially recognised government throughout the galaxy. With the Consortium forces unable to engage the Imperial forces in a hostile take-over of worlds, Ximaro began selling the land his crime organizations had seized whilst the Empire concentrated on returning power to the sector's defence systems, and re-establishing control over the few worlds the Consortium was able to cause widespread disruption on.

With the new plan, the Consortium aimed to sell sufficient quantities of land to enemies of the Empire in order to invoke a challenge to impending Imperial control, with this venture making the Consortium billions of credits as governments like the Triumvirate Coalition eagerly paid huge amounts for the opportunity. Despite this, the Empire was able to restore planetary shields and government control of the worlds before any real challenge to Imperial dominance of the sector could be mounted, with the subsequent arrest by Imperial forces of hundreds of intruders, including the high profile arrest of Triumvirate Coalition Admiral Igorod Krakatoa, who had led a Coalition incursion in an attempt to take Farahiyn.

Despite the failure to invoke a protracted conflict between the Empire and the Galactic Alliance in Churnis, the Consortium withdrew from the sector having successfully removed the Mercenary Guild from power, billions of credits richer from playing on the Galactic alliance's eagerness to attack the Empire any way they can, and with the ire of the Galactic Empire.
