The Chimera Order, originally known as the Exiles of Tatooine,[1] was a revolutionary movement led by Melukien Tar’Shakaar that coalesced on Tatooine during the reign of Emperor Charon. Supported with funds and munitions by Bertyarg Lucat's Intellifish, the movement attempted to drive the Galactic Empire and their Hutt allies from the Tatoo system.

Brief history

At the dawn of the Republic's colonization, many believed that Tatooine was just another star in the Tatoo System, the reason to that were the bright light that it reflected from it's twin sun´s. When it was discovered to be a planet, many people rushed to colonize it, some believing there would be good mining and some as refugees seeking a new home.

The Chimera Order had already preserved justice and had maintained the nine virtues on Tatooine under the rulership of the royal houses for nearly 700 years. Unfortunately the origin of their bloodlines remains a mystery, thus it can not be traced further back than to the arrival of the old republic due to the fact that all information regarding them was lost during the Exile war.

The wave of old republic settlers -- called "oldsters" in local folklore -- sought to turn a profit by exploiting the ore found beneath the sands. This was the beginning of the end for the royal history on Tatooine. The magnetic ore was soon discovered to have undesirable metallurgic properties. The weary miners and investors abandoned their failed mines and equipment, looking to distance themselves from this Core-forsaken world. Not all could afford to leave. Those that stayed behind turned to moisture farming and trading to survive.

The first moisture farming settlement was formed at the northern end of the Jundland Wastes, and named Fort Tusken. It prospered for a couple of years, growing crops from water they evaporated out of the air. But then the town was attacked by mysterious raiders, which later became known, for this reason, as Tusken Raiders. However, Fort Tusken survived and rebuilt, but was eventually abandoned due to the high temperatures near the edge of the temperate zone.

When the Hutts came to Tatooine, so too did their wealth and illicit business. Tatooine was given newfound life as a trading post and backdrop for Criminal commerce. This started the Exile War.

The fall of the royal houses became a reality and the exile war came to an end, but one of the royal houses remained on Tatooine, this was the royal house of Tar´Shakaar. This house were the home of the Chimera Order.

The Chimera Order concealed themselves and did not appear in the galactic history until the jedi purge, and during this fierce war against the darkest of evil they lost their last influence on Tatooine and were forced to hide once again as The Galactic Empire invaded Tatooine.

Recently the Chimera Order have re-appeared on the galactic scene and this time they are under the command of Saint Melukien Tar´Shakaar of Tatooine, and this time they are here to stay.[2]

Tatooine and the Chimera Order

Tatooine rests in the distant Outer Rim, beyond the reaches of Imperial law. Poor, with very little industry to boast, Tatooine is a mixture of hard-working locals attempting to extract a living from the unforgiving environment and transients visiting the world for illegal ventures. Tatooine is controlled by the Galactic Empire, Black Sun & Hutt´s since the Exile wars, and their shady operations bring many spacers, bounty hunters, thieves and other malcontents to the planet's few port cities.

Tatooine has a seemingly endless desert environment cooked by the intense energy of twin yellow suns. Rocky mesas, canyons and arroyos break up the monotony of kilometers of shifting dunes. The days are hot and the nights are frigid. The air is dry and the soil is parched.

The most profitable business on Tatooine, aside from smuggling, is moisture farming. Many of the citizens of Tatooine use moisture vaporators to earn their fortunes, though it is a slow business. Because of a peculiar combination of magnetic fields in the planet's mantle, along with highly concentrated magnetic rays in the sky above Tatooine, moisture gathers on the grounds, and is collected by the vaporators every day, which can then be sold to anyone who needs water at high prices. This peculiar combination of magnetic fields and rays is also the reason than Tatooine is inhabited in the first place. Tatooine relies on moisture vaporators for most of its water supply, though places where moisture can be gathered are getting smaller and fewer.

Aside from the Dune Sea, there is one other mark on Tatooine's surface, and that is the Jundland Wastes. The Jundland Wastes are rocky areas which afford travelers some shade, but the shade comes at a price. The Jundland Wastes are patrolled somewhat by bands of Jawas, and, more importantly, Tusken Raiders. The only other important landmark on Tatooine is the Great Pit of Carkoon, which houses the Sarlacc, the one creature rumored to take 1,000 years to digest its victims.

Tatooine is filled with diverse life forms ranging from Banthas to Dewbacks and so on.. Tatooine is also home for Black Sun Criminals, Hutts and the Savage Galactic Empire. Aside from the Mos Eisley Spaceport, tourists who stumble onto Tatooine by mistake can visit Anchorhead, or the Tosche station. One of the most surprising aspects of Tatooine is that it does receive a fair number of visitors each year. Tatooine is on several hyperspace routes throughout the galaxy, which is, perhaps, the only reason it has done so well for a desert planet. The first home to some of the greatest people in the galaxy, and home to thousands of other people, Tatooine is definitely going to remain an integral part of the galaxy.

"During my search i have found a very intresting pillar that might explain our origin, it is yet to be translated but i am working on it. I can not tell about the location of this pillar due to the fact that our enemies might wish to destroy our link to the past. And here you can see a hologram of the pillar that i call ´The pillar of Coronation´"

The pillar of Coronation is the place where the coronation took place. The pillar consists of a tapering rectangular column, some 8.5 metres high. It tapers from 80 x 50 cm at ground level to 40 x 25 cm below the pillar-head. The broader (North and South) faces of the pillar are carved with heroic scenes surrounded by strange inscriptions. The narrower (East and West) faces are more decorative. These faces are carved with what has been termed the order history. For our purposes, these narrower faces are more important as the carvings are surrounded by inscriptions. The North face of the pillar shows scenes of flight from destruction. The main panel shows a man, with his right hand raised towards the sky, a star held in his left hand. The surrounding inscription, a paraphrase of the ancient scripts can be found translated in the archive. The South face of the pillar shows scenes from the Settlement, all apparently identified by inscriptions from the scripts. The main panel shows five nobles kneeling infront of their Lord. A translation of the inscription surrounding this can be found translated in the Chimera archive.[3]
