Onboard the Shipyard Kuat Drive Yards I in system Kuat.

Your eyes are met with the image of a man standing within a large docking bay. The bay is filled with the debris of ships and broken containers strewn about within its interior creating a chaotic mess. The occasional corpse is seen mixed in within the chaos as the camera focuses on the man. His attire marks him as a member of the Empire. The standard green uniform bears testament to his loyalties and the myriad of colorful squares on his rank insignias mark him as a "Minister"

ThrawnXXIV, "This is to inform the galaxy that Kuat Drive Yards membership with the Empire has been revoked and their leadership expelled from the Empire.

The Minister is seen standing over one of the broken corpses observing its stillness. The dead thing has an expression of pure shock on its face while within its chest is a smoldering hole filled with ash that had once been living tissue. Turning his dead to the side to match the position of the corpse's gaze the Minister looks directly into the eyes of the dead worker while a Stormtrooper approaches him from behind snapping to attention

Trooper, "Minister Thrawn, we completed the sweep of the entire complex. All resistance has been eliminated"

ThrawnXXIV, "Good... then we have full control of KDY's ship yard facility?"

Trooper, "Affirmative, resistance was light."

Minister Vingt Thrawn dismisses the trooper with a nod and the Imperial Army member goes about other business while the Minister sits down on a cargo container adjacent to the dead body. For a moment Thrawn looks at the corpse in irritation until he prods the dead thing's face with a black leather boot so as to turn his face once again in his direction. Eye contact is restored.

ThrawnXXIV, "It truly is a shame, wasn't too long ago that I was praising you and your ilk? The backbone of our Navy's industrial power I named you or something to that effect. But now... look at you. You cannot even uphold a single conversation yet alone boast of being a member of my Lord's Empire and for what? A desire to engage in private business ventures outside the approval of the commerce council! Was breaking our treaty it worth the price?"

The Minister allows a pause for the deceased worker to respond but only an awkward silence follows.

ThrawnXXIV, "Maybe you knew what it was your leaders we're doing but it was you that paid the price for breaking said treaty... the section referring to security within Imperial Space... section VII I believe. But then you're not the only one who hasn't learned their lessons yet so I suppose we'll need to keep teaching them.

Once again the Imperial dignitary allows a pause for the corpse to reply a rebuttal as silence is once again heard throughout the wrecked docking bay. For a few brief moments the camera angle allows you to gaze into the lifeless eyes of the corpse which the Minister is now addressing. You note the stiffness of the corpse's expression as it does not stares out towards Vingt Thrawn but more precisely beyond him, its eyes no longer focus on anything nor are his pupils affected by the variances of light within the bay. The camera angle returns to Thrawn as he begins speaking again...

ThrawnXXIV, "In other news. I can confirm that the Corellian Army Brigade was in action today. In fact, I've heard it was quite splendid... I don't know if they saw them but they were there; five Tie Bomber Squadrons. Precision strikes destroyed their power leaving them within the cold dark of the night and only the screams of our twin ion engines. They ordered all individuals back into their homes and churches which were subsequently boarded up to prevent any from enjoying the freedom of leaving the town. Once their commander had arrived to the little backwater town at his order the Imperial Army set fire and razed the town of Chad on the planet Gamorr to the ground..."

"The sounds of those animals locked away in their homes while the fires engulfed them were no doubt deafening to the ear. Squealing cries and laments we're heard while the flames roasted entire families could be heard by all that night but the smell... I've heard that was the most intoxicating smell, filling your nostrils and dominating your senses as if it were the only thing dominating your mind, reminding you... who the Emperor is."

"Someone from our department caught up with the Emperor today and asked him about what the Rebels are calling the 'Chad Massacre'. All he had to say was... 'I heard it was Luau
