Mexx Cuter is a male Trandoshan. His powerful body can easily lift a Ubrikkian 9000 Z001 landspeeder. His foreboding appearance belies his pleasant demeanor. For many years, he lived on his home planet in peace until he was captured and enslaved by a deranged "space cult." The cultists kept him as a hostage until the time came when he was able to escape. He roamed the stars searching for his home. He was ultimately recruited into the Falleen Federation and served in its armed forces, notably at the Battle of Beta.

Mexx Cuter lived most of his life on the terrestrial planet of Trandosha in the Mid Rim. His tranquil upbringing was vastly different from his species typical exposure to war and violence. While this era of his life seems almost like a dream to him now, he can still vividly remember when a strange race of alien beings invaded his planet and took him hostage. They were cultists who were knowledgeable in the ways of the Force. The Trandoshan starships were no match for their advanced technology. The cultists kept Mexx as a hostage in order that he might serve them in the future. But, as time passed, he became angry at his shackles and often rebelled. He cannot remember clearly what happened afterward, but it seems that the cultists transported him across the galaxy. Somehow, a picket ship of the Falleen Federation chanced upon the cultists' vessel while it was floating in space. They rescued Mexx from his life of imprisonment.
Mexx was brought before the highest officer aboard the Falleen ship. His name was Zoro Dur'aak. He talked to Zoro about his life thus far and his desire to search for his homeworld which he hadn't seen since he was taken hostage. Zoro freed the young Trandoshan and decided to transport him to the Falleen capital.
While in hyperspace, Zoro spoke to Mexx about the ideals of the Falleen Federation. The Falleen kingdom sounded so perfect; in particular, the friendship that abounded within their society. When their vessel arrived at Falleen Prime, the Trandoshan watched from the ship's viewport. He saw the tall skyscrapers, the beautiful green meadows, the friendly people, and the great beautiful mountains. He decided he wished to join the Federation in order to aid their cause and to fight for their society. Despite his background as a slave and his racial dissimilarity, the Federation accepted him and became his new home. He slowly learned their customs and the Falleen language, although at times it was very difficult. He pledged to fight for the Falleen Federation and all that it stood for...
