The Nulan system with the Hook Nebula Sector is a 2-planet system controlled by the Arkanian Engineers. It is also home to the Arkanian House of Kaos. Created in memory of the Arkanian creator Gavin Kaos, current leader Lord George O Rourke preserves the memory of the great leader and pays tribute to the former leader and commander of the Arkanian people.
