The following message has been relayed through the communication channels of Fuzz Inc. via the realm of the Binaros Smuggling Alliance...

Everyone seems to publicize the good news. The exponential growth of a government's stronghold on a defenseless system, the death of a wanted terrorist or a Rodian giving birth to an army of little green babies hell bent on tracking Corellian smugglers. Nobody ever wants to hear of the bad news. Doc Jessa here for Fuzz Inc. with the unfortunate task of shedding light on the darkness in the galaxy. No not the Army of Darkness, the dark secrets about the standard of living in the galaxy today. While the Falleen Federation report a loyal populous of almost 1.4 trillion sentients, with the Galactic Empire not far behind with 840 billion, nobody seems to care about the various production planets being laid to waste due to malnourishment and neglect by the various governments and conglomerates running the galaxy today. While governments pledge to enrich the culture of their planets, enforce law with an iron first and promise to create a sprawling metropolis of big business to engulf a strong economy, the bleak reality is this is not being done. Sentients throughout government sectors continue to have promises broken as city planning divisions and system governors fail to commence construction operations, or merely abandon mining and production operations, leaving many hard working individuals out of work, and without an income to support their growing families.

As surveillance feeds continue to be fed by loyal readers about the conditions of a large number of systems, the amount of poverty, neglect and despair is relentless. Many sentients continue to feel the pain of unemployment as their three jobs and employment opportunities become redundant. The large mines around various Gas Giants present throughout all of space continue to house abandoned mining facilities, many however begin to house squatters and unwelcome guests as their standard of living has caused them to leave their homes due to massive outstanding debt, and no income to support them. One Zabrak squatter reportedly threw several knives at a number of reconnaissance workers inside Fuzz Inc., confusing them for local government officials. After an explanation and an apology, the Zabrak worker was treated for severe malnourishment and dehydration. He then went on record stating that, "I feel abandoned by the people I trusted to lead me into a bright economic future. These politicians only seem to care about their taxes and not about the people who put them in control." His statement, after broadcast around a number of communications channels, gathered a great amount of support and agreement. With the growing number of dictatorships throughout the galaxy, and large conglomerates with un elected directors continues to shove aside the little guy, and force him to watch as his small personal residence becomes surrounded by mines or factories, only to have them abandoned and decay within several months due to a change of direction in the company, causing the value of his home to go down in flames like the factories surrounding it.

Despite the growing concern from a large number of galactic sentients, creatures of the galaxy have never been happier. As city plans remain locked up in archives and city construction slabs remain empty, creatures of the galaxy have been seen infesting the once pristine surfaces with their own habitats, creating even greater problems for the controlling governments. A number of Wildlife Preserves throughout the galaxy have been deteriorating so rapidly, that a large number of Banthas and Rancors have managed to escape and run wild throughout the great expanse that lies ahead of them. With the city decay only continuing to grow, weeds and other plants and shrubs continue to break through the underlying base structure, only creating more of a artificial habitat for the life forms. After increased breakouts, and lack of funding from their controlling entities, a number of Zoo Keepers have decided to let the animals run their course, due to lack of adequate resources to control the animals. One Gungan Zoo Keeper was spotted setting his uniform on fire and riding off with a Blurrg in pure disgust of his corporate owners, although he did have the decency to post a 'Gone Fishin' sign on the front of the reserve to not confuse the local population.

Some populations continue to grow, the lucky planets keep getting bigger and bigger as money is being poured into their economies, increasing jobs and well-being for those sentients lucky enough to have been born on the right planet in the galaxy. For the great remaining number of people, the cities around them only to continue to decay, leaving them with a deserted and pathetic horizon, and a disgust for their once trusted government body. One can only hope that in the months to come when the cities rot and decay back into the environment state they once were, that someone will step up and decide to enrich the living conditions and well-being of so many sentients, instead of casting them aside at whim. Fuzz out.
