Zaras Dardo was a scientist specializing in weapons and ship design. He was working on a degree in vehicle design as well. He is the brother of Lothor Lohgun, it is not known which is the older brother.

He came to Heirs of Ziost in the fall of Year 10 and continued to work with it through the end.

While in Heirs of Ziost he seemed to disappear for a time, reappearing after the traitor Ezrakh Rhuk had dealt a blow to the organization. He radioed on Year 11 Day 157 seeking rescue. After a call to neighboring organizations it was determined where he was and Lothor Lohgun went out to pick up his brother after which Zaras joined Trax Sector Vehicles. He would then remain active through the next few months.

Zaras disappeared towards the end of Year 11 again, he later reappeared briefly in mid Year 12 but did not choose to join Aratech as his brother did. He then disappeared again presumably into his studies or possibly into some sort of research for an unknown party.
