Rar Lunko is an unpredictable scoundrel and reformed pirate working with the Infinite Empire. A former associate of the Pressure Pirates, Rar gained notoriety as a freelance pirate. He was soon recruited by the Infinite Empire's Emperor Uther Von Kaldreon.

When the Fleet Admiral, Adin Cole, required a temporary Commanding Officer, he selected Rar. The former pirate's potency in the role earned him the position of Executive Officer.
