Early Life
Prard`aga Rono, or "Dagaro" was born in what seemed like a peaceful time. The Third Vagaari had ended with what was believed to be the Vagaari Homeworld. There were pirates, pocket empires, and other mysteries that were a constant threat, but young Dagaro had no reason to believe that the Ascendancy would not defeat them all.
By 11 BCGT it was decided that the Ascendancy connecting with the rest of galaxy was what had invited threats(although the Ascendancy was considered isolationist by its neighbors). The isolation resulted in rationing of resources,which resulted in a massive territorial reorganisation. The Chiss Houses were granted control over "Prefectures" while Csilla and CEDF outposts became "Districts" controlled by the military.
