Purpouse

The Grey Wardens are responsible for managing and maintaining Force Culture within the Kingdom of Elysia. Training new members who are sensitive to the intricacies of the Galaxy while focusing on applying individual Warden’s skills effectively within Elysian Society. Some will be warriors, others scholars, but all will be taught the tenets of responsibility and control over their powers while serving the citizens of Elysia.

They can begin from humble origins, but after testing and recruitment, they will be an initiate of the Force under a Warden to eventually become a Warden themselves. The system is designed to allow a member to maintain their work with any given department or crown company but be trained to harness their powers to become an asset in battle by using their gifts to benefit any given venture undertaken by the Kingdom. Specifically, an initiate will be taught the intricacies of bending the Force to support their allies while having an advantage while engaging threats to Elysia in the field.

Structure

Head of the Order: First Warden
The Grey Wardens are led by the First Warden, his mission is one, protect the Wardens and lead by exemple. The First Warden take all the big decisions, being advised by the council.

Second in Command: The Council
The council is composed of 3 Wardens, the 3 with the highest knowledge of the force. It's on the council hands the power to choose, between the Wardens, the First Warden, and help him to lead the Grey Wardens.

Trained Member: Warden
The Wardens are the largest group within the Order, they have been trained and will be tasked with passing on their training to the ranks below. They are also generally tasked to test new members for Force Sensitivity and when a mission arises that requires a Force Sensitive, the Warden’s are generally the ones that will be sent on behalf of the Council or the First Warden.

New Member: Initiate
An initiate is one who was recently found to be force sensitive or who is new to the Grey Wardens, they will be assigned to a Warden who is responsible for their training in the tenets of the Order.
