Introduction
In the ceremony on 0 D 55 described below the Battle Efficiency Award of the Galactic Empire was presented to soldiers of the Empire for the first time.

TO ALL IMPERIALS,
Be it known, that the following Imperial soldiers, at the request and recommendation of their respective military branch commanders, are awarded, by my authority, the Battle Efficiency Award. Each soldier will receive the "ribbon" from Grand Admiral Piett or Surface Marshal Connel.

I am also at this time presenting two other awards, on my authority, to the following men.
The Emperor's Special Award is hereby awarded to Fleet Admiral Ptjedi for his tremendous help to me personally and the Empire as a whole.
The Imperial Cross is hereby awarded to Brigadier General Exen Hull, for extraordinary heroism and service to the Empire in field of covert operations throughout the SWSim. You may remember that the General is entitled (and the only person in this Empire that is entitled) to wear the Rebellion Award, which was presented to him by the Rebel leader. You put two and two together.....
