In order to combat fraud throughout the galaxy, the Imperial Ministry of Finance would like to announce the creation of the Imperial Trade Authority. It will be led by Captain Michael Pangborn and will involve all trading with the Empire. Known thieves will also be placed on a blacklist which shall be available to all citizens of the galaxy.
