History
Kuat Ships was originally founded as Techno Union on Year 5 Day 248. However when leadership passed to Garon Lennister on Year 13 Day 213 he renamed the company, Kuat Ships. One should be careful not to confuse this with Kuat Drive Yards as they are separate companies. Once Mr. Lennister had renamed it then the newly formed Kuat Vehicles took the name Techno Union. The reasons for the renaming is not entirely known at this time.
