Growing up on Coruscant
Lilith was born to parents of unknown origin and did not know them. A former smuggler named Hal Christo found her as a small child and raised her, teaching her all of the basic things she would need to learn in the galaxy and even how to pilot a ship, as well as a few other dangerous tips he had picked up a smuggler. Lilith dreamed of the stars and one day travelling through space, going to far out places such as the outer rim. She showed natural talent as a pilot, and Hal promised that one day, he would buy her a ship of her own.
Alone Again
When Lilith was about 12, Hal got contacted by an anonymous caller, who offered him a fortune if he would come out of retirement and perform an illegal run for him. Hal reluctantly agreed, believing that the money from the job could sustain him and his adopted daughter for as long as they needed. Lilith was left in the care of a friend of Hal's, and her adopted father told her he would be back in a few days.
After two weeks, Lilith grew suspicious of her father's whereabouts. She packed up all of her belongings and decided to leave the house and look for her father herself. As she was leaving, her father's friend approached her, holding a blaster pistol outstretched. Lilith was told that she had to be killed for the knowledge that Hal had given her, just has Hal himself had been. Distraught by this revelation, she used her quick frame to avoid the assassin and ran far from home. Heartbroken at the loss of Hal, Lilith kept under the radar and lived her life on Coruscant's mean understreets, performing odd jobs for a host of people in order to earn the credits to get by.
Making Her Way in the Galaxy
As she grew older, Lilith decided that Coruscant had nothing left to offer her, as it was a place of old wounds, so she was determined to escape the city planet. She did jobs such as informing, messaging and deliveries, as well as others. When Lilith reached 18, she had finally saved up enough credits to buy a very used ship. A Verpine trader who was an old friend of hers, whom she had also done jobs for sold her an old Cloakshape/H Fighter at a discounted price in order to fulfill her goal off getting off the planet. The Verpine suggested that she go to Rodia, as there were sure to be jobs for a pilot like Lilith available.
A Perilous Journey
Lilith departed Coruscant in her rusty old fighter after a very rough ascent. She set a course for Rodia in the ship's hyperdrive and rested as the ship began it's journey. A few hours later, Lilith awoke from the sound of alarms ringing and saw red warning lights flashing all around her cabin. Attempting to exit hyperspeed now could potentially be fatal. With the knowledge of ships Hal had given her, she set to work tinkering with the ship, as she managed to barely keep the ship flying until she arrived at Rodia. The journey was long, with Lilith having to constantly mess with the ship to prevent disaster. When she eventually reached Rodia, safe and sound, she sold the remnants of the Cloakshape to a local scrap trader for some extra credits. Lilith was now on an alien world she didn't know anything about, and began her search for work.
A New Life in a New Republic
Lilith did more one off jobs for people over her next few days on Rodia, whilst looking for a more permanent vacancy that would suit her skills. She was soon directed to Corellian Transport Services (CTS), the logistics division of the New Republic, who hired her and made her one of their rookie freighter pilots, specializing in personnel transport. Lilith was made pilot of the Rumrunner, an old YT-1300, one of her favorite kinds of ship as a child, and was enrolled in the New Republic Academy, where she passed all of the exams required of her. Now, she travels across the galaxy in the Rumrunner, transporting people across the galaxy, fulfilling her lifelong dream.
