The Santarine system located in the Hook Nebula Sector and is controlled by the Arkanian Engineers. It is also home to the Arkanian House of Saracco. Lead by Lord Paramount Va`Li Owa it is in tribute of one great Arkanian Leader in Colin Saracco. Although it is the smallest of the Arkanian Territories it still has a large presence within the Arkanian Engineers.
