Talk:Farlax Sector
I've just remembered that there was another article for this: Farlax. Should consider merging this into the first article and turning this into a redirect. Or vice versa. The naming convention that is used most at the moment is either '{name of astrographic entity}' or '{name of astrographic entity} (type of astrographic entity)' if there are multiple of the same name. For example, Alderaan is separated into Alderaan (Sector) and Alderaan (Planet) (serving as a redirect to Alderaan). --Raith Starlight 18:05, 15 September 2012 (GMT)
- Two things, firstly: I think all astrographic pages should be named in the sense of [[Name of Entity (Type)]] if there are two of the same name and the [[Name of Entity]] should just be a Disambig page and I have moved Alderaan and Farlax accordingly. Secondly: Why do you use the past form in the pages, so "Farlax was a sector located in the Core Worlds region of the galaxy." ? Farlax IS a sector! Or has there been a decision to do it this way for some reason (gal change etc.)? --Qatar Shendo 21:47, 15 September 2012 (GMT)
- I did it like that because I noticed a lot of other Sector pages refereed to them in the past tense. So I wasn't sure if that's how it was supposed to be. But now that I know I'll make sure to correct it.--Garik Loren 03:37, 16 September 2012 (GMT)
