Truse'vala'ilone (Core Name: Sevala) is a politician who currently oversees the northern territories of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. He currently serves on the Triumvirate of the Confederacy as the Magistrate of the North.

Sevala recognizes Csilla as his homeworld even though he was never born there, instead he grew up on various ships and stations. Whilst serving within the Ascendancy, he identified himself as a Nationalist, however due to the growing animosity that House Amals faced, and their exodus from Chiss space, he now openly identifies as a Chiss Seperatist believing that the mainstream political factions within Chiss politics have corrupted the sense of Chiss identity resulting in its turbulent history. He cares very little for the wider political issues facing the galaxy, believing that these powers are irrelevant to his own causes.

Biography

Shadow Child

Truse`vala`ilone's guardian

Truse'vala'ilone is the shadow child of House Ilone, a Chiss House located in the Unknown Regions. His father was the Aristocra of House Ilone and his mother was a consort within the House. Shadow children are born to help secure the future of their House should anything untoward happen to their Aristocra and immediate family. As such he was never viewed as part of the family but rather an insurance policy against the politics of the Chiss Houses. The Aristocra of House Ilone arranged for him to be placed in the care of a smuggler who would venture into the galaxy and ensure that Sevala would not be put into harm's way by the other Houses competing against House Ilone. As a boy growing up on a ship, his guardian would always be on the move, from station to station, system to system, he would quickly come to learn the Sy Bisti trade language alongside his native Cheunh.

During this time, House Ilone had been ruined by the other competing Houses. When word finally reached them, his guardian decided to continue to transport Sevala around, however the relationship between them would change. he was no longer the child of an Aristocra, but another passenger who needed to earn his keep. He would remain onboard until he was of an age that he could look after himself. He would continue to learn during this time, becoming proficient at flying freighters and fighters, often having to remain nimble when they were smuggling goods throughout the galaxy.

When Sevala came of age, his time with his guardian came to a conclusion and he was left on Darkness Prime, his guardian venturing back into the galaxy, without leaving any means for him to get back in contact with her.

Chiss Ascendancy (Year 20 - Year 22)

After leaving Darkness Prime, Sevala began to make his way to the Chiss homeworld, Csilla. The trip took quite a few weeks as he had only managed to get enough credits together to buy a beaten up shop from a local dealership on Darkness Prime. During the trip, Sevala made himself familiar with the political situation of the Chiss Ascendancy and where he could make himself useful. When he arrived, there was much work to be done in the reconstruction efforts. Formac, a planet within the Csilla System was being developed to house the growing Chiss population and support the Ascendancy's new economic policies. Sevala got stuck in and working alongside others, such as Remus Soran and Inrokini`baico Tsubovt, he helped build Formac into a bustling metropolis.

House Amals

Whilst working on Formac, it was recommended to Sevala to join one of the Great Houses of the Ascendancy. Families have always been at the heart of Chiss tradition, dating back millenias. So to join one of the newly recognized Houses would help to support the communities operating within the Ascendancy. Initially, Sevala was interested in House Csohn, a House that prided itself on martial prowess and tradition which had appealed to Sevala, who took to the ideals of the Red Flame, an ancient set of Chiss ideals.

Eventually he settled on House Amals which at the time was being led by Amals`io`anuulic. House Amals was radically different, welcoming of sentients from any background who wanted to advance the Ascendancy. Something that seemed to be opposed by the other Houses at the time.

Syndicure

During his final year within the Ascendancy, Sevala was appointed as a Syndic by Grand Syndic Thresk. Sevala had proved himself a capable leader and politician, helping to write drafts of the constitution and policies for the Ascendancy. However this year was also marred with internal political strife as Houses wanted more say in the functioning of the Ascendancy, an idea that was rejected by the Grand Syndic who wanted the Houses to remain separate from the affairs of State.

Eventually this cultimated in a hostile dispute between some of the Houses and the Ascendancy, culminating in the dissolution of the Council of Families. Saddened to see that the Chiss had never learned from their lessons of the past, members of House Amals who had also been witness to this also concluded it was time to find a new home.

Sevala continued to stay on, hoping to see a resolution. However accusations were levied against Sevala by Remus Soran which Sevala did not to engage with. Seeing how toxic Chiss society had become and the desperation for power even from within the Syndicure, Sevala decided he too should leave the Ascendancy and submitted his resignation to the Grand Syndic. By this time House Amals had founded the Scrapper Guild in the Chagri System and so Sevala loaded up his Colossals and flew out to lead the Scrapper Guild and build a new Chiss community free from the influence of the Ascendancy.

Scrapper Guild (Year 22 - Year 24)

The Scrapper Guild was formed as a mining corporation and had made a deal with Dorinian Military Corps to use the Chagri System as a base of operations. Initially the company operated in asteroid fields in the Bogden Sector. Whilst operating as leader of the Guild, Sevala was introduced to Dex Sehrin through a conversation with the leader of DAMN. Dex was interested in bringing the Scrapper Guild onboard as contractors of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Guild began to sell large deposits of minerals to the Confederacy and source out new potential partners to work with them.

On a trip to the Morobe system, Sevala came into contact with Lilith Delcroix, Sovereign of One Nation Under Jou. One Nation had been looking to have its mines maintained via third parties as it had no nationalized company to handle it for them. Impressed with the ideals of the Vorsian Orthodoxy, he entered into discussions with One Nation for the Scrapper Guild to help manage these mines. He used his time in Morobe to learn more about its people and adopted the Orthodoxy as his religious belief, seeing how it held similar ideals to the Red Flame.

As a result of the mining agreement, the Scrapper Guild began to grow and needed to adapt to handle the changes it was going through. Sevala eventually came into contact with The Chimaera Fleet led by Ondoron Bondoon. Noticing they had identical structures and ethics to working, the two companies merged, with Ondoron being appointed the new CEO of the Scrapper Guild. This suited Sevala, as it allowed him flexibility to pursue new ventures on behalf of the Guild. These ventures resulted in obtaining the management of the Zrak System on behalf of the CIS as a newly appointed affiliate of the Confederacy.
