a couple of things
Heya Elwood, thank you for your contributions, allow me to offer a few tips and suggestions:
1. Deletion: We have a template, we put on pages that we think should be deleted in order to let admins know that the article is suggested for the deletion, one of them is {{delete|reason for deletion}}.
2. Copyrights: Everything you put on this wiki is supposed to conform to the copyrights, in our case and I quote "public domain or similarly free resources". There is a notice about it under every edit window. Copyright notices for media files go to media pages, not the articles themselves.
3. All of the articles on the Holocron are supposed to be about actual entities, people or organisation in SWC, I have not heard about a faction or an NFG Manjarres Personal Defense Forces, that does not mean it does not exist, but if it's something personal and no other player is involved then you should either incorporate the content in your characters page or subpage. Example of the latter would be Elwood Manjarres/Manjarres Personal Defense Forces and the link can be shortened to MPDF if needed (to learn how, view the source of my post here)...
4. Last, but not least - you're welcome to create personal templates, but unless they're going to be used on multiple articles of different people, factions, or entities, please do so in personal user space - for example you could use something like User:Elwood Manjarres/MPDF Rank and Awards and to insert it in your page you would only need to change [[]] to {{}}, e.g. {{User:Elwood Manjarres/MPDF Rank and Awards}}.
Please don't take this as a critique, but as an offer of help and explanation of how things are usually done. It's easier if everybody works under same principles and reduced the load on admins or the need to clean up after other people. Xesh Randell 19:16, 16 November 2012 (GMT)
