GNS
Hey Garik, we already have a stub page for Galactic News Service (sic!). Could you please move your content from GNS over to main article and replace the content in GNS with the code below:
#REDIRECT Galactic News Service
This would forward anyone looking for GNS to the real article. Thank you. --Xesh Randell 07:54, 20 September 2012 (GMT)
Consider it done. Thanks for letting me know. --Garik Loren 15:03, 20 September 2012 (GMT)
Changing data
Some of the article that you created include data that cahnges rather quickly, e.g. population of systems. It is usually a good idea in those cases to add a date. And it is appreciated, if you check back on the articles once in a while to update them.--Dreighton 14:42, 30 September 2012 (GMT)
Will do, I'll come back every 3-4 days and update it. Thanks for letting me know! --Garik Loren 18:28, 30 September 2012 (GMT)
ship infoboxes
Garik, the infobox you're adding to ship pages ({{Freighter-Current}}) is broken, and while I could easily fix it, I'd like to direct your attention to my latest blurb on Talk:Community_portal#multiple_ship_infobox_templates_in_use_.2F_modifications_to_one_of_them and what people said before on Talk:Holocron:ToDo#Different_Ship_Templates. --Xesh Randell 09:59, 10 October 2012 (GMT)
I was just using the freighter one because it seemed more streamline than the ones that were either currently on the page or that I knew of. Thanks for pointing out the new template to me, so I'll go back and redo all the pages with it.--Garik Loren 21:35, 10 October 2012 (GMT)
- My "new" template is just a prototype which will replace {{Infobox Ship}} once at least a few people tested it and gave feedback, so don't replace every other template with it just yet. It's also not properly documented yet... e.g. you don't need to enter units names after the numerical value, the template will do that automatically... ;) --Xesh Randell 08:55, 11 October 2012 (GMT)
