Carl's flagship is the Veltraa-class Cruiser Widowmaker. This ship's history is not fully known; however, it is suspected that Squall Chitose of the Eidola Pirates originally purchased the ship from Tycho Celchu. The Widowmaker long remained in Eidola's inventory unused. It was held on Asher I until Taranjeek O`Cuinn purchased it from Eidola and was able to bring the vessel to space. Carl then purchased it from Taranjeek.

At the Seventh Uli-ah Gafsa Memorial Swap Meet, Carl joined the large number of Eidolan attendees in the festivities of the meet. It was here that he first unveiled that for years he had been distilling his own bourbon on his flagship. He offered this beverage to numerous sentients at the meet, including one Gyra Fallon who had wandered aboard the Widowmaker in search of the bourbon. Unfortunately for Gyra, the drink was quite strong and she found herself unable to find her way out. Fortunately for her, Carl's pet Draigon, "Norbert," took a personal interest in nursing her back to health. She now resides in Norbert's den on board the Widowmaker. The Widowmaker is known for having a full bourbon distilling, aging, and bottling operation on the first deck. Carl's bourbons are sold exclusively at the "War's End Tavern" in the lower nose of the Widowmaker. The bourbon that is distilled here is galaxy-renowned and Carl has been known to gift it to friends as well as planetary authorities who need some "convincing."
