The 2nd Treaty of Forsetti was an agreement between members of the Galactic Concordiate and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, admitting the CIS as a member. A delegation representing the Concordiate led by Trade Federation viceroy Nohv Schiller met with Confederacy leadership in the Cularin system to finish negotiations and sign the agreement on Year 21 Day 161.
