Dark Skies Gearworks (DSG) is an independent recycling faction founded on mid year 13.
About
There is no rich history or meaningful events that shaped Dark Skies Gearworks company. DSG came to the galaxy to forge its own future. The foundations of Dark Skies Gearworks were set in the Dael`mor Logictics, a mildly successful transport group that felt the desire to expand its services. Countess Lilith Kaine-Delcroix and the Catra family set up DSG as a joint project in mid year 13. One of the main goals of the company is to offer home for individuals that enjoy their freedom and do not wish to be tied down by overseeing government and bureaucracy.
Freedom, efficient work and honesty are fundamental in DSG company. One of the main beliefs of DSG is that no woman or man should be chained by constant work with little in return as can be seen throughout the Galaxy. DSG supports individual independence but only actual work is rewarded with bonuses. Expecting rewards for nothing is for the weak minded and DSG does not need such characters in their community. Honestly is highly valued and expected from every member. There is zero tolerance for scamming and theft, those with confirmed criminal record are not hired and should any member such a thing they are immediately expelled from the company. DSG earns what they have with honest work.
DSG offers a relaxed environment and the working policy is fairly straight forward. Everybody is free to do what they wish in their time, but at the same time everybody is expected to work efficiently. Each pilot is part of the gearworks and for it to run smoothly every gear must do its part. DSG does not claim to be the best, because they are not. DSG is just a group of people that enjoy what they do and they do it well.
The company has a neutral standing in the galactic war, but is leaning more to the Imperial Union side of the conflict. However business is business and DSG is open to work for any government as long as the safety of its pilots is assured.
