Description: The the tree-shrouded planet of Kuna's Tail IV (Corvanni IV) is plagued by seemingly never-ending rain for approximately 400 days out of its 422-day year, every year. From space, the planet is always an orb of dark green under an ever-changing cover of dark gray clouds. Two lone landmarks offer a welcome change to the endless shroud of 600-foot-tall trees. One landmark, Mount Jeus, rises 31,000 feet into the sky. Given the extreme height of the white mountain, mountaineers from all over come to climb the colossus. The people of Kuna's Tail IV (Corvanni 4) have set out a large patch of hallowed ground aside as a cemetary for those who do not make it.
The other landmark, Exs Lake, is both a curse and a blessing in disguise. The inhabitants of the planet have constructed canals that run throughout the planet to channel the huge amounts of rainwater back to the lake. Due to its highly irregular orbit, this lake is the sole source of the storm clouds. The clouds are formed when the planet is closest to the sun, and dumped back down to the planet during its long winter. This cycle never varies.
