This page is part of the mediawiki software and is linked from the bottom of every page of the wiki. Either the content should be moved back or the link in the bottom bar needs to be changed to point to wherever the about page is located. I suspect this can be done on MediaWiki:Aboutpage, but I haven't looked it up and have no privs to edit that page.
