| − | ::Okay I see no problem with "The Cardinal" on two conditions - 1)It is the alias of a PC and NOT an NPC. 2)His existence has been revealed in an IC context. This means The Cardinal is mentioned in a GNS Post, White Scenario, Scenario Hall Scenario, Character backstory, or any rp medium recognized as such under SWC rules(then you can add the link to the article). Unless someone can prove that either of the conditions are not true, I do not see any reason for "The Cardinal" article to remain.
