Born on [[Phindian IV]], Xilu was orphaned at a young age. His father was killed in a freighter accident and his mother died of an outbreak Quannot's Syndrome. He spent most of his youth in seclusion. When he decided to go out into the galaxy, he found a home in the [[Triumvirate Coalition]]. He flew for them until he achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Being young as he was at the time, he mouthed off to one of his superiors and was subsequently removed from his station. A few months later, he joined [[Galactica Security Services]], and applied for their espionage program. He was not patient and quickly grew tired of waiting, and left. He joined the Wraiths, where he felt he was doing good, but was looking for more action then the daily ins and outs of a normal faction. So, he found [[SYT Transport]] which satisfied his needs to have constant action, but did not receive the paycheck he thought he deserved. He freelanced for some time, taking jobs as they came, until he came upon the [[Sector Rangers]]. This faction satisfied his constant need for flying and his paycheck aspirations. Suddenly, many changes came about, and he was a Commander in the [[Sienar Conglomerate]] Navy.
