| − | Born on the planet of Falleen, as a youngling he dreamt of being a ship pilot. At the age of 16, he went to the local flight school, funded by his late Falleen father Xilch Zae. He received his flying licence a year later and decided to join, now defunct Sunburst Heavy Industries under Stephen Garret. Later on, he joined Dukha Industrial. While working for Dukha, he made money on the sides by trading during the night.

| − | This often made Xjan sleepy during the day at Dukha Industrial and affected his job, but he has a kind and understanding boss, Dan Hakim. His mother Olive Wood, a human, passed away a year after he joined Dukha. Xjan Zae remains neutral and does not take any sides. He is willing to trade with any government in the galaxy and does not judge them.
