Mallie

Blaine Kenobie was the son of Kento and Mallie Kenobie, both Jedi and survivors of Order 66 who had traveled the galaxy in search of safe haven until they met the fiercely loyal Wookiees of Kashyyyk. His mother was killed while defending Kashyyyk from Separatist-hired Trandoshan slavers, leaving her husband to raise Blaine alone. As a consequence of her death, the Empire became aware of Kento's existence.

In his mind, although very young, Blaine swore to uphold the memory of his mother and the Jedi way in anyway he could.

Here begins his story.

Order 66

Order 66

Order 66 was one of a series of contingency orders that the clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic were trained to obey without hesitation. The order branded members of the Jedi Order as traitors to the Republic and called for their immediate execution without question or hesitation. The issuing of the order by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine marked the formal beginning of the Great Jedi Purge, and signified the rise of the Galactic Empire. It was chief among the atrocities that led to the Galactic Civil War.

Battle Ground

Imperial Attack on Kashyyyk

Not long after the onset of the Great Jedi Purge, during an Imperial attack on Kashyyyk, Darth Vader landed on the planet in a shuttle on his own mission to hunt the rogue Jedi. Kento met him with fierce resistance, though Vader proved stronger, blasting Kento back into his own hut with a Force push.

Advancing on the Jedi,Vader detected the presence of a powerful Force user nearby, confirmed when Blaine intervened, snatching the Dark Lord's own lightsaber from his hand. Vader finished off Kento, crushing his throat, and turned to face the child.

After the Dark Lord killed the boy's father, the Stormtrooper commander leading the assault arrived. Mistakenly thinking that the child intended to attack Vader with his own weapon, he directed his men to kill him.

Vader quickly retrieved his saber from the child's grasp and deflected their blasts, killing them to eliminate witnesses of the boy's existence. Vader abducted Blaine Kenobie and trained him as his apprentice; Blaine was an ideal candidate due to his incredible affinity for the Force, and his desire for vengeance causing him to step towards the dark side of the Force.

Blaine's Change of Heart

Rejecting the codename "Darth killer", Darth Vader's former apprentice reclaimed his birth name, Blaine Kenobie, and for the first time, considered himself as a Jedi.

Blaine meet a female pilot named Nira and after many missions together they became very close.

Nira

Opting to save the Rebel Alliance by tracking down both Vader and the Senators, Blaine entered into deep meditation in an attempt to provoke a Force vision. Although successful in his attempt, he was almost overwhelmed by a plethora of possible futures. Focusing on one of the common elements, he discovered the location of the Rebels—the incomplete Death Star.

Travelling to the Horuz system, they used the Rogue Shadow's cloaking devise to approach the massive battle station, entering the thin atmosphere maintained for the workers and slaves building the behemoth. Standing on the open boarding ramp of the Shadow, Blaine and Nira exchanged their last words. When inquired as to whether or not he would survive, Blaine reluctantly answered that he would most likely die in the attempted rescue. Nira then rushed forward and kissed him, reasoning that she would never have to live it down. Blaine then said farewell and leapt into the Death Star's extensive superstructure.

Death Star

Landing on the exterior hull in a clear patch between two construction sites, Blaine attempted probing about for the Rebels, but found their Force signatures obscured by both the widespread suffering and despair within the Death Star, and especially by Palpatine's presence.

Darting cover to cover, Blaine advanced on two Imperial stormtroopers on a scaffold, overseeing a string of Wookiee slaves. Telekinetically choking one into unconsciousness, he manipulated the other into providing him with information before inducing him to fall asleep. As the slave overseers knew little about the movements of either Palpatine or Darth Vader, or even about the Death Star's layout, Blaine opted to ask the construction workers; the slaves themselves. Attacking the Imperials and freeing the slaves, Blaine began a revolt.

While the Wookiees began fighting, Blaine recruited a pair to guide him to the Emperor's location. Led through the confined inner workings of the Death Star, Blaine was directed towards one of the superlaser tubes. This is all that is known of Blaine Kenobie.
