Blue Star Enterprises was formed by Jaereed Welk in year 20 day 136 as a trading faction with his business partner Tazer Aasa as the second in command. ==Blue Star Constitution==
 
The Constitution of Blue Star
 
 
All laws hereby recorded in the constitution of Blue Star must be enforced only in Blue Star controlled planets, space, and its ships, vehicles or foreign diplomat or personal facilities, and applies to all sentient or non-sentient beings within these borders, or those who belong in the Blue Star faction itself. The constitution of Blue Star only takes effect when four members are in the faction.
 
 
 
 
 
Section I: Order
 
 
Blue Star will be headed by a CEO/President appointed by the council, whose term in completed every two years, at which point the citizens must vote for CEO/President. There are no term limits on this position.
 
The CEO/President of the faction will be checked by a council/senate group behind him or her, and the CEO/President is part of this Council/Senate. The number of members in the group is proportionate to the number of faction members. 3 members to 1 councillor/senator. The first councilor/senator being the CEO/President after 3 members have joined.
 
Council members have no term limits, and they are elected by the CEO/President and then voted on by the members of the faction who are not already in an office.
 
It takes a unanimous vote in the council/senate to pass a law unto the CEO/President who may choose to ratify it into the constitution.
 
The CEO/ President may a write a law in and pass is unto the Council/Senate to vote on it.
 
The powers to amend laws and pass new ones only takes effect when the constitution is activated with four members in the faction. But the CEO/President may decide on Orders and Freedoms before the constitution is fully activated.
 
 
 
 
 
Section II: Freedoms
 
 
 
Freedom to practice any creed, whether it be political, religious or other.
 
Freedom to write and speak without censorship.
 
Freedom to make money privately, through outside business so long as it doesn’t interfere with state work.
 
The freedom to  complete freedom of race. All races are welcome in Blue Star and all receive full rights.
 
Freedom of Possession: all members and citizens have a right to possess whatever items they wish to possess, with exception to the blacklisted items.
 
The Freedom of trial, if having been accused of a crime, the accused will receive a trial by the council/senate.
