Cleo Kolasha is the current owner and CEO of Machinehead, a small nomadic recycling company. She has a keen business sense and is often involved in trading, real estate deals, and unspoken side hustles. Cleo recently opened the only queer bar on the planet Skeebo III, aptly called The Factory. As a former racer, the woman is a swoop and speeder bike fanatic who can be found at various raceways throughout the galaxy. When not working, Cleo is usually off exploring on a swoop, prowling for adventure.
The Togruta Way
Cleo Kolasha was born on a sultry evening, gleefully screaming and wiggling as she announced herself to the galaxy, calling to the creatures and the stars, “Here I am, here I am.” Or that was the story Cleo’s mother loved to tell, a hint of whimsical hyperbole always present. Cleo had a happy and typical pack childhood, born and raised on the Togruta homeworld of Shili. Though she suffered tragedy before she was even born, Cleo became a well adjusted and strong woman.
Her mother (Frana Kolasha) and biological father (Anders Fray) were human Xenoanthropologists who were visiting the planet, teaching for a semester at the University of the Shili. Anders was accidentally hit by a tree that was being felled on the University property. The man was rushed to the University hospital, eventually succumbing to his injuries. At the time, Frana was only two months into her pregnancy. The woman was deeply saddened by the loss of her partner; however, she chose to stay on the planet and finish the semester of lecturing to help occupy her mind. Frana hoped to gain clarity about moving forward in life in order to bring this tiny soul into a happy, loving existence.
In this timeframe, prior to Cleo’s birth, Frana fell in love with a local Togruta man. Her mother married Ki Kolasha only three weeks before she gave birth to Cleo. Ki was then, and still is, her father in every sense of the word. Though Human, Cleo was loved by her father and raised among his family and pack, experiencing a Togruta upbringing.
