Early Life

Deric was born and raised on the planet of Tatooine by his Mother Samantha, and his Father Dominic. Dominic was in the Imperial Army, and Deric was used to the military lifestyle. Luckily, for most of Deric's younger childhood, Dominic was stationed on Tatooine and they had to do very little moving around. When Deric was 13, his father was killed in combat, however, the causes of his death are classified. From that point forward, Deric vowed to enlist in the Imperial Army, just as his father had done before him.

Galactic Empire

Immediately on his 18th birthday, Deric upheld his vow to his father and enrolled in the Imperial Academy. Upon graduating with a basic degree, he enlisted into the Imperial Army. He was placed in the 1st Legion, however, only for a short while. Soon, he was transferred to the 2nd Legion of the army and there he took up the position of Adjutant. After a year of service, he was promoted to the Executive Officer of the Legion. This was his first real command opportunity, though it would not be his last. Now a 2nd Lieutenant, he took this great opportunity to prove that he was command material, and that is exactly what he did. After the Army went through a reform, Deric was given the opportunity to be the Commanding Officer of his own Brigade.

Now a Captain in the Imperial Army, Deric passed his old-man in rank, and felt that he did a great job of upholding his vow. The new Commanding Officer of the 3rd Brigade was soon promoted to the rank of Major and the fun began. He led his troops on many important missions, most of which are classified, and he continued to impress Army High Command of his command abilities. After Brigadier General Mintaka Kyuzo defected to the New Republic, Deric was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and was given the position of Army Adjutant. Now the 3rd in Command of the army. Soon Deric was promoted to Army XO, but it was short lived because Deric was getting tired of the Imperial lifestyle, so he decided to go work for his friend Adam Diggins at Terra Stryker Industries.

TSI & Return to Galactic Empire

Deric worked at TSI for 2 years and began to miss the Empire, and started to wonder if it would be better when he got back under the leadership of the new Emperor Cherokee. On Year 12 Day 10, Deric was accepted back into the Empire to serve the Emperor. This was short-lived because the old feelings that Deric used to have about the Empire were coming back, and he found himself opposing the Empire and what it stood for.

Eidola Pirates

Deric had secretly been friends with the new leader of the Eidola Pirates, Warlord Squall Chitose, for some time. Squall came to Deric with a proposal that he could not refuse. Deric grabbed as much intel from the Empire as he could, and made his way over to Eidola where he is enjoying his life as a pirate. On Year 13 Day 86, Deric was adopted by Squall Chitose into the Chitose Mandalorian Clan.

Marriage to Ulrike Rayne Schultheiss

It had been a long day of hunting Vornskrs on Nal Hutta, Deric, whom had been slightly wounded decided to take a trip to the SSD Ragnarok owned by fellow Eidole Pirate Syn. There were medical supplies onboard that Syn said he could use whenever he liked, usually the ship was empty because it costs a small fortune hiring slaves to pilot and keep it clean. This day would be different, this day would change Deric's life forever. As Deric stepped off his ship in the hangar bay, he smelled the most heavenly scent he had ever smelled. Deric made his way through the hallways and the smell of perfume got stronger, as he turned a corner he saw the most beautiful women working on a blast door. This women had short hair as black as space, and skin that glowed like the moon. This women was Ulrike Rayne Schultheiss and she was contracted by Syn to do all the doors on her SSD. Deric walked over to Ulrike and attempted to pick her up but failed miserably, but he was not discouraged, he came back the next day and succeeded. One thing led to another and soon they were dating, a year went by and Deric asked for Ulrike's hand in marriage, she said yes. Due to Deric being a pirate and having a bounty on his head by The Galactic Empire the wedding couldn't take place on Ulrike's homeworld of Thyferra. The decision was made to have the wedding on the planet Ylesia which was controlled by EIdola and the regular stomping ground for Syn. The Wedding took place on Year 16 Day 40, In attendance were close friends and family of Ulrike and Deric namely Squall Chitose, Syn,and Era`ut Nex.
