Lucius von Halberg is the current leader of Arkanian Micro and Minister of Affairs of the United Coalition of Rachuk.
Early History
Raised as a young noble of House von Halberg, Lucius was at most times spoiled. At a early age he was taught the intricate art of politics and show. He studied at the finest schools and took a keen interest in physical talents of people. Whilst at school it became apparent his influence and leadership could easily shift alliances and people to his will.
