The Citadel Tower is the tallest tower within the Nocturnal Palace, towering over the Palace Grounds. Throughout the history of the Nocturnal Palace the Citadel has served numerous roles. It at present serves as the home to the Custodianship of the Palace; the Nocturnus Nobilis. It also houses the Nocturnus Consilio; those whom would advise the Custodianship.
