On YR 13 Day 05 Lady Helen Hawk decided to step down from Minister of Old Republic due to personality differences among some heads of state. She left Old Republic space wishing to wander the galaxy and take a break. Though not long after leaving the quadrant. She got a holo message and several members from OR wanted to follow her to wherever she ended up at.

So she held a board meeting via holo-projectors, and the new board of directors decided to make a new home in Roche Asteroids. The board members decided it was karma and wanted to remake the Verpine ship-manufacturer, "Slayn and Korpil," better known as S&K.

First Born

Slayn & Korpil was created by Rebel Alliance Colonel Jeff Knight just after his service with the Rebel Alliance had ended. He initially named the company: Slayn and Korpil. The company name changed after the owners sold it to the Falleen Federation during Year 6 or so.

Second Coming

The second coming of Slayn and Korpil was during Year 12 Day 143 and was lead by Taylor Renzie. Due to widespread distrust of the reformed faction by other galactic parties S&K didn't last long.

Resurrection

After leaving Old Republic, Lady Helen Hawk and her band of misfits decided it was time to remake S&K and for it to be a neutral faction. Under her guidance Slayn and Korpil has returned to Roche System where it was meant to conduct business and thus the adventure began...
